Served in USAF from 1953-1975, retired as Colonel. Duty stations included Air Force Office of Scientific Research, Office of Research Analyses, Armament Laboratory, Avionics Laboratory, Combat Development & Test Center (Bangkok, Thailand).

Research Scientist at Univ. of Dayton 1975-1993. Research topics included technological forecasting, systems analysis, statistical analysis.

Since 1993, Independent scholar, management consultant, and faculty member at Yorktown University.
