The New Hampshire Republican Party found out Sarah Palin would be coming to town by hearing about it in the news.
Where would she be stopping? They didn’t know. Palin’s staff wouldn’t even return their calls, leaving them to ask reporters for more answers.
And they’re not alone: With hours to go before Palin’s bus tour is supposed to begin, it’s still unclear what she’ll be doing when she gets to the first stop. It’s even more of a mystery what her second stop will be.
Or when.
Or why.
Once again, the former vice presidential nominee has proven she can tilt the political world on its axis in an instant. This past week, it was Tim Pawlenty, Mitt Romney and Michele Bachmann who took their campaigns to Iowa, but it was the news of Palin’s bus tour that really had people talking. A simple announcement on her website, and she got all the attention, all the interest.

Looking at all of those bikers on TV today, I can just imagine, if she chooses to do it again as POTOS, the secret service will have to use harley’s to keep up with her!
She already, just a week ago, said that there is no one out there right now that she would support for President and Rick Perry isn’t running....so you put two and two together and with what she is doing now which took a lot of planning! -— it’s clear that she is running

I agree GoCards. Funny how her critics push that she is such a media seeker.
I believe she is doing what she’s been doing the last 2+ years. Building a solid foundation. To name some:
When she was running for VP, she inspired people to realize that others shared their thoughts and that they had a voice = Tea Party growth.
The past 2 years she has been speaking to veterans, pro-life, special needs, and business groups. As well as assisting conservative canditates for fed and state to get elected.
Now, with this One Nation tour, she is re-introducing people to what made our country exceptional. Re-igniting patriotism, and the belief in liberty.
She has to do this while tip-toeing through a mine field of critics. She has to keep everything close to the vest for security reasons. No way can she do retail politics like the others due to the media mobs and nutjobs. Can you imagine her going door-to-door in Iowa? She has to be unconventional in getting her message out.

And probably is in the final stages of decision about whether or not the GOP can serve any useful purpose in 2012, or whether it needs to go, along with "Obama".
Never do what the enemy desires, for this reason alone - that he desires it: Bonaparte.
Of course she is, but some people cannot wrap their minds around the fact that it might be possible to get enough people to vote for you to win an election by NOT playing the game by the rules set up by the ruling class.
Someone else asked me the same question. And really though when you think about, is there really any difference between a RAT and a RINO? The end results of what they do are pretty much the same.

I’ve been thinking this is exactly what she intends. Don’t let anyone know your itinerary until 2 hours before you get to wherever you’re going. It will be interesting to see what type of crowd she can get on just a few hours notice. I bet she gets a LOT more than most people would expect.
