"President" Barry Soetoro aka Barack Obama is trying to create a marxist/socialist dictatorship. In order to achieve this, he and his Dem/RINO allies must destroy the U.S. Constitution, which stands directly in their way.
Soetoro and his allies are attempting to destroy the constitution by creating a wedge. The point of their attack is the NBC Clause. Soetoro and his Dem/RINO allies are trying to mainstream the idea that that clause of the constitution does not really matter. Once that section becomes delegitimized, they can do the same with other clauses in the constitution they don't like, and so on.
Once you understand this, you understand the true motivations of a lot of pols out there. For example, Soetoro's allies support him *because* he is not a natural born citizen, not in spite of it. This way, his non-NBC status becomes a tool for destroying the NBC clause of the constitution.
The Dem role in this deception is to, among other things, play the race card. They are out selling the idea that anyone who questions Soetoro's legitimacy is a racist. No one wants to sound like a racist, so the idea that Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 is important becomes further marginalized. (Racist clause written by old white men, so they like to say)
The RINO role in the deception is to propagate the idea that if the issue of Barry Soetoro's legitimacy is pressed, then Republicans will lose in 2012. The point of this is to scare conservatives into silence. Don't raise the issue or demand that your reps/candidates do the same, they say, or the dems'll win. This scare tactic is a lie, as proven by numerous polls on the issue. The purpose of this line, like the purpose of the dem race card line, is to marginalize the importance of the NBC clause from the mainstream.
Barry Soetoro, and his communist/marxist/dem/RINO allies don't really care that much about the NBC clause of the U.S. Constitution. They simply want to find a clause, *any* clause, that they can marginalize. Because once they marginalize one clause, then they can easily marginalize the next clause they don't like, then the next, and so on. They have opportunistically zeroed in on Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 as the first point of attack.
This is about more than just Barry Soetoro's place of birth, or his forged certificate. This is about a subversive effort to de-legitimize the entire constitution, starting with one clause, and then all the way to a marxist dictatorship.

Obummer can tell ANY LIE he likes without it being questioned. He can claim the border fence is nearly complete, that he led the raid on Usama, that Obamacare will lower costs for everybody and that Porkulus will keep unemployment below 8 percent. None of them true; none of them questioned.
As for the Constitution ... WIthout the Constitution, there is no United States. We would revert to 50 independent small countries.
The Constitution has already been grievously damaged, ignored, sidestepped and misinterpreted. We no longer need a movement to “preserve” the grand old document as we do one to “restore” it. And that will get very messy.
We now have a large and active Marxist/Socialist element running our country and teaching our kids. Rooting out this disease will require a new revolution. I’m praying we can still fix things at the ballot box, but we may have to resort to the cartridge box within or lifetimes if our nation would be saved.

So is your theory that the forgery was to cover up that he is not an NBC? Does the BC shown at the WH make him an NBC? If so, how is this an attack on the NBC clause? It is still intact, only not intact if you believe the forgery conspiracy myth (half baked to say the least).

Yes, he wants it that way to divide his opposition. On one side (mine) we have people who understand there is a real long form paper that the reporter and others looked at, then that was scanned and then the digital image was thresholded and layered to make the digital artifact look phony.
On the other side we have birthers who claim the digital artifact was created from chunks (cut/pasted?) from other sources. They have no evidence for that (no chunks, no methodology) and there is counterevidence against it (the real paper artifact view and touched by real people, the arbitrary layering, etc)
So in the end the birthers look like they are ignoring reality and making up a conspiracy. I look like I'm making up a conspiracy (not much better but at least I am not ignoring reality).

I think you are spot on. What a blow to the Constitution this has been.
what i don’t understand is if obama and his group of marxist freaks want to attempt this nonsense, that’s one thing. but what benefit is yielded to all these others, including RINOs like rove and oreilly, who consistently and continuously cover for him, front for him and side with him on every issue, including the NBC issue? why would they want to see a marxist dictatorship put into place?
a more particular example would be why would the woman judge in the 9th cir. court or any of the scotus justices want to do away with the Constitution?

Who do you have in mind? Republicans always have trouble responding because the mainstream media does not give them traction. Republicans can say whatever they want but if it doesn't get proper coverage then they might as well have said nothing. Trump is able to break through this non-coverage
Trump could play this role as an attack dog for the eventual candidate. Hopefully he continues to aim at (.)bama and does not begin deriding other GOP candidates during the primary season. I want Barry to feel the heat as he probably will not get a serious dem challenge, if any at all. Trump cooked any possible nomination with that profanity laced speech he have in Las Vegas I fear.

After reading Wayne Root’s account, I’m not at all certain that there will be a presidential election in 2012. Obama and his Communist advisors/allies/co-conspirators, guided in their diabolical machinations by Cloward & Pivens, and in collusion with G.Soros and others of like convictions and intents, may have achieved irreversibly their goal of Fundamental Transformation well in advance of November 2012. I fear that the blood of patriots will have to flow to save our Republic.
