Someone this stupid should be in the Administration, not the congress. Even greater stupidity is necessary for the legislature.

I’m free to ignore what - there is nothing on the link about Chris Lee.

If you are seeing something about Lee, I’d love to know what it is.

So what? Ever hear of political bribery and extortion bait to keep the secret from his wife? Think a bit on it.

Then there is also the fact that most conservatives are celebrating adultery with ya.

Sorry to be blunt here, but what a frickin’ dummy. How he thought this would somehow NOT become public is beyond me.

However, FNC reporter Shannon Bream, and many other verified news accounts on Twitter, typically break major news stories 10 to 15 minutes ahead of the wire services like AP.

They do that to avoid reporting false information like NPR breaking the news that Gabby Giffords died and then 15 minutes later the world found out she survived the attempted assassination.   There's really no benefit being 15 minutes in front of your competition in the news business.  Get the facts first and then get the story out.

"Did you see anything about Chris Lee when you clicked on the link? I didn’t."

Ah, yes...

Lee: "I regret the harm that my actions have caused my family, my staff and my constituents. I deeply and sincerely apologize to them all."

and then..

It's official - release from Lee's office - "I am announcing that I have resigned my seat in Congress effective immediately."

and then...

Source: Rep. Chris Lee (R-NY) has RESIGNED after being caught up in alleged craigslist cheating scandal.

Her tweets about Lee are numerous.

"I don’t know Shannon Bream, why is her Twitter site looking like a pro abortion, pro planned parenthood site, is she a liberal commentator on Fox?

I have no idea what you're looking at, but her Twitter account doesn't look anything like you describe.

Good grief! At least he had his pants on, and he sent the picture to a woman.

What a freaking idiot. What a freak and idiot. Good riddance.

Actually, on twitter there is a large advantage because conservative can drive the narrative instead of letting the MSM dictate to us.

There are millions of conservatives on twitter.

This guy has managed to do the impossible...establish a new low for idiotic behavior in Congress...unbelievable.

New low? Oh... I don't think he's even close. By congressional standards, this "scandal" is pretty tame. Remember, this is ~congress~ we're talking about here... this guy's a piker compared to the history of depravity that has gone on there. :-)

Did he beat a Dem in 2010? I hope Republicans can hold that seat. They gained several House seats in the last election in NY so they should try to keep that momentum going.

Was his shill bidding on an auction listing?

Or was he soliciting for prostitution as New York State's governors routinely do?

This is somehow considered a scandal there only when a Republican does it apparently.
