MYFOXNY.COM - A fight broke out at a Wendy's in Queens Village, leaving one of the workers seriously injured. The disturbing scene from inside the Wendy's was captured on a phone. In the video, you can see the cashier get pummeled to the ground by teenage girls.

I have no problem meeting force with equal force, up to and including lethal force, but your financial incentive, as proposed, could easily result in a deadly game of fraud in which innocent people are set up and killed. Better not to cloud the water with mixed motives. Let the only motive for deadly force be the desire to survive. And in any event, whether an incentive was adopted or not, there still needs to be a trial in which the guilt of the perp is proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I know the legal system right now has serious problems, but the measured use of law as the proper form of getting justice is 9/10ths of what makes us a civilization as opposed to a warlord culture.
I agree; overall it is Western Culture you reference, a product of The Enlightenment. A distillation of philosophical thought going back to the Greeks, but including Hobbes and Locke and all the folks who set the foundation for a moral and stable society that provided that greatest amount of liberty and opportunity to the greatest amount of people.
The people in the video are not a product of that culture. They are a product of their own, unique culture, and we need to respect that.
So stop hatin' on them, yo!

I live in the Bronx. There is a mall pizza place across from my building.
Often times when it is cold out. A pack of these feral teens, about 15 teen of them will crowd the store and take up all the seats. 1 girl will buy one slice and can for $3.50 and these teens will sit there forever.
The owner gets upset because its very bad for business and turns away paying customers.
I was there once when the owner tried to get these beasts to leave and I thought a riot was about to break out.
You posters who don’t live in areas where there is an inner city ghetto thug population have NO CLUE WHERE WE ARE HEADING.
We are 4 weeks away from civil war in this country at any time if the benes and welfare ever gets cut off to these people.
A cop friend of mine told me he govt does not mind all the drugs in this countr since it keeps so many of these wild animals sedated.
They don’t make teenage girls like they used to.
That’s the first time I’ve seen Bronx written without ‘the’ in front of it.

Bryan is not advocating murder; he is advocating self-defense and the defense of others, with a secondary goal of staying out of prison. The thing he advocates is a noble act and completely moral.
As a grown up and a FReeper, you are expected to know the difference between that and murder.
Why? I see plenty of white drug dealers and thugs where I am too.
“Inner City Getto Thug” isa way of life, not a race.
As I say, it’s a CULTURE, not a COLOR (or genetic makeup),
that is the problem.
Some folks are still afraid of criticizing a culture.
In avoiding this criticism, they are inherently arguing that all cultures are equally valid, none are worth lauding, and none worthy of criticism.
Moral cowards.
My parents and brother and I were at a Wendy’s somewhere in Alabama when I was a kid. We were waiting in line, and one of the employees had apparently gotten into a verbal argument at some point in the past with the customer in front of us. Next thing you know, she’s standing in front of us with an 8 inch knife in hand, threatening to kill him. She was a foot or so away from me. I was frozen, but my dad just grabbed us and backed out the door.
We were traveling and didn’t live near there, so I never did hear what happened.
Keep dreaming. We are not a nation of laws and only dreamers still believe that.
