Bryan is not advocating murder; he is advocating self-defense and the defense of others, with a secondary goal of staying out of prison. The thing he advocates is a noble act and completely moral.

There is no mention of the perps having any weapons in the story.
Shooting someone (I'll not go into the center of mass thing) and then dropping the gun and then walking away is indeed attempting to evade and conceal murder.
As a grown up and a FReeper, you are expected to know the difference between that and murder.
Age has nothing to do with right and wrong, lawful and lawlessness, Constitutional and unconstitutional. Attempting to evade and conceal murder is something no Conservative, and more especially no FReeper would advocate.
Attempting to bully or cajole me away from my beliefs by attempting to pull rank or age, is just silly.
