Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie suggested in an interview published yesterday that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.

Donalyn Dela Cruz, Abercrombie's spokeswoman in Honolulu, ignored again yesterday another in a series of repeated requests made by WND for an interview with the governor.
Toward the end of the interview, the newspaper asked Abercrombie: "You stirred up quite a controversy with your comments regarding birthers and your plan to release more information regarding President Barack Obama's birth certificate. How is that coming?"
In his response, Abercrombie acknowledged the birth certificate issue will have "political implications" for the next presidential election "that we simply cannot have."

Congress, SCOTUS isn't going to do anything about this, even a GOP lead congress.
The resulting political fallout is simply to great a risk since NOBODY knows what will happen, so it is the 250,000 volt electric high powered line nobody goes near.
That being said, it will be very interesting to see how the administration handles this question if Obama wins the Democratic nod for 2012
Their answer will be "He already was POTUS so the question is moot" which is really a lame answer
Oh' please spare me the multiple long winded explanations why he is not eligible, I personally think he was born in Hawaii but before they became a state and is not eligible to be POTUS but nothing is going to change the fact he is.

I am afraid that even if proven that he is not a citizen,
it will be painted over, and the law will be ruled obsolete.
As they say, you can not prove a negative.
Only Barry can solve this problem. The one problem he really is capable of handling, he won’t.
I hope to see some states require the birth certificate before allowing Barry on their ballots again.
Very good. And this is really the crux of the whole matter. Anybody can produce a JPEG file that shows anything. I can make a JPEG that shows I have clear title to the Brooklyn Bridge. That doesn't mean I can find a fool to buy it. And it doesn't mean I collect tolls.

I need help getting people who can make contacts in as many states as possible.
If Obama, Soros, and Abercrombie know that the embedded transaction logs for the records have to be disclosed they will know Obama’s passport breach from early 2008 and a forged BC if Abercrombie is getting one together now will both be EXPOSED in front of the whole country.
The quickest way to get Obama to decide against running again is to get just one state to pass a bill like this one. And this would make the bureaucrats such as those who have been lying to us all along HAVE to show that they have been honest with the records.
This is the kind of accountability I think LOTS of people realize that we need. But we need to get the bandwagon rolling.

The Obama droids will buy it. They will eat anything.
If it were ever proven that 0bama wasn't fit to assume office, each and every legislative act he signed, executive order issued, and presidential appointment made would be invalidated. With regard to paid staff and appropriations, I don't know how that could be dealt with. I suppose Biden would be allowed to take office since he was legally elected as VP, but even that may be debatable. The entire thing would be totally unprecedented.
The main point of all of this, as far as I’m concerned, is that we the people need to have a way to make sure that bureaucrats, media, and law enforcement don’t repeatedly LIE to us as has been done with Obama’s case, and that the judiciary doesn’t continuously tell us that nobody has standing to have a case heard as long as government screws us all equally.
What has happened with Obama serves to show us how deeply corrupt all our systems are. If that is going to change it’s got to happen through the states. Darrell Issa isn’t going to do it; he needs good press too much.
The states need to hold each other accountable so we don’t have corrupt hell-holes like Chicago and Hawaii spreading their corruption out onto the whole country.
And the states need to do what the feds will never truly do because the pols and media all sleep together in one big orgy. Funny how they sleep together but the ones who get screwed are the ones who never asked to be part of the orgy: we the people.
And this issue gives us the opportunity to show the feds that we are serious about not taking the crap they have been feeding us. We see the corruption and we WILL be heard and obeyed, one way or another.
At this point it’s not even about getting Obama ousted. It’s about keeping him and his handlers from ever doing this to us again. Keeping the Axelrods and Soroses of the world from being able to do their Chicago garbage on the rest of the country would do a lot to restore the credibility of government and a much more “civil” tone.
