The darnedest thing just happened on TV. Still happening. Obama takes Clinton to the White House press briefing room. Turns the podium over to Clinton, and leaves the room. If you didn't have the sound on your TV, it looked like Obama resigned and handed over to Clinton. Clinton still talking, setting up dueling filibuster with Bernie Sanders. Clinton at that podium is bad deja vu.

Lessee...someone whose confirmation would breeze through the Senate. Probably a former Senator and someone with experience in the executive branch.
Who could that be?
I awoke from my nap and thought I was still dreaming. I was in total shock, Bamma has totally destroyed himself.
At that point, it down and out the door within six months.
But this is all a ploy to get dems to take the bipartisan tax deal while they have a lame duck session.
He knows he is a one termer, and he is begging the cats to get back in the bag.
I saw it and couldn’t believe my eyes!

Looks like Clintoon is snarling in rejection at Obama’s grabbing of his arm, like “Get away from me, you stinkin Idiot!”
Remarkable, but not at all surprising, given that clinton is a pro, and obama is an inexperienced poseur. But we knew that from the git-go, didn't we. The problem is that clinton is also a ham, and will keep the mic all day long if you let him get away with it. Our so-called president, effete pushover that he is, did just that. If we can reach the end of this clown's term without seeing the world devolve into chaos, then we've accomplished something.

Yeah, I’m not feeling good about this. What happened? Whose idea was this in the first place? Doesn’t obama have a chief of staff or some kind of “handler”? If he’s being thrown under the bus, what happens next?

Oprah Rips Americans for Not Supporting Obama

Syndicated TV talk show host Oprah Winfrey tore into the American people for lacking “reason,” “respect,” “civility,” and “decency” and “only thinking about themselves” for not supporting Barack Obama. Winfrey made her scathing criticism during an interview with ABC’s Barbara Walters.
A survey released this week showed that a majority of the country believes they are worse off after nearly two years of the Obama presidency.
WALTERS: “And today, what would you say to him (Obama)? How do you feel about it all?”
WINFREY: “I feel that it is, first of all why would anybody want that job? To get, because no matter what you do and how uh, much you give of your heart and wisdom and uh, soul and energy, and I think he’s, he’s really fully there, giving his all. And to be criticized the way he is I think it’s unfortunate. I think it’s unfortunate when you have a nation of people who don’t want to support the president of the United States.”
WALTERS: “Do you think he’s communicating?”
WINFREY: “I think that he is. You know what I think that what wasn’t communicated? I think we don’t realize was how close we came to depression. And as soon as we got saved from the brink of that we all forgot what that was, we all forgot. And so I think that he has done a lot and I think that people uh, can’t see it because they’re only thinking about themselves. The fact that people uh, still are out of jobs, but we’re not in breadlines, we have forgotten, we have forgotten how close we came.
“So I think that there needs to be a greater level of respect and a sense of uh, decency and civility and reason. And I think we, we’ve lost that.”
