Bristol Palin and Mark Ballas have received death threats and "Dancing with the Stars" has measurably heightened security ... sources connected with the show tell TMZ.
We're told the threats began to come in last week, after Bristol and Mark made the finals. Execs on the show told Mark to stop tweeting because it was inciting people. Mark complied.
Sources connected with the show tell us extra security will be on hand tonight for the show. And, if Bristol and Mark head to New York, execs are talking about breaking format and not doing their interview outside in Times Square -- but rather in the studio, where it's more secure.
TMZ broke the story ... a staffer on the show opened a "fan letter" to Bristol on Friday and white powder fell out. Turns out it was talcum powder, but the FBI is investigating nonetheless.
As one source said, "Everyone is genuinely worried. This is a dance competition, and it's just gotten crazy."

My money is on DWTS playing some of these “insane liberal” games to boost their ratings. What with all the publicity, last night’s votes were probably among the highest turn out they’ve ever had. Publicity, good or bad, is $$$$.

Those stupid liberals aren’t smart enough to know it’s all about ratings. It doesn’t matter what scores Bristol earned, ABC kept her in the running because of all of this - publicity. They’re laughing all the way to the bank.

I have been threatened, and stalked, by liberals from message boards since 2003.
I gave a deposition for a Federal Trial for one message board “lib”, Vikram Buddhi.
We are dealing with some seriously deranged and dangerous people here, folks.
They just don’t get much press for these crimes, because it might hurt DEMOCRATS, and the Republican-hating press cannot allow that.

Conservatives need the Second Amendment-to protect themselves from the tolerant, nonjudgmental, diversity loving left.
Ratings from last night, “Dancing with the Stars scored a 4.7 rating with adults 18-49 from 8p-9p for its performance finale, up 18% from last week and 15% from last fall.”
I would like to see anyone making such a threat rounded up and placed behind bars. Unhappiness at the outcome of your favorite on an entertainment show, is not grounds to consider or threaten to kill someone.
I may not be happy about the outcome myself, but folks, perspective... Good grief.

I will only admit to turning this show on to vote last night to watch liberal heads explode. When I called the number for Bristol/Mark to vote, it was either busy or not in service because of overloaded circuits during the first 40 minutes of the broadcast. I did get to vote by phone all five times allowed but an odd thing happened on the third try. Instead of hearing, “Thanks for voting for Bristol and Mark” I heard an abbreviated “Thanks for voting for Jen... and then it cut to the Bristol/Mark message. Am I paranoid or were the votes for Bristol diverted to Jennifer Grey to avoid a liberal meltdown? I’m just saying....
