Would like to toss out an interesting scenario that could possibly take place. Now that Pelosi will be constitutionally ineligible to become POTUS should both Obama and Biden happen to be disqualified for unknown reasons, come January after Sen. John Boehner is sworn in as Speaker of the House, HE will be second in line for the job.
In my opinion, if the Republicans who will be in charge of committees to push the question of Obama's qualification to be POTUS succeed in exposing him as in violation of Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution and SCOTUS rules he is unqualified, wouldn't that move Boehner one step closer to the presidency?
Yes, I know what you are thinking. Biden would step in immediately after Zero is removed (no impeachment necessary). But Biden would also be removed since he would be (in my opinion) an accessory to the crime.
Once Boehner is sworn in, he will have the ability to not only clean house by removing all of Zero's commie czars but it would be like January 2013 instead of 2011 come this January.

Assuming, for the sake of argument, that Obama was found to be ineligible. He would be removed, but Constitutionally Biden would then become President. The only way he could be removed would be through impeachment in the House and conviction by two-thirds of the sentence. Good luck in that happening.
That’s why we are in the mess that we are in, no one has balls enough to stand up and demand action.

This is doing HRC’s work for her. Remember, the first birther controversy and lawsuit were created and filed by high-level HRC people.
Stay away from this. Taking down the first black president in this manner will be as big a disaster as trying to impeach Clinton was. If it’s going to happen, make HRC do it and be blamed for it by the black community.

Proving O’s dual citizenship seems to be the best way to proceed, imo. That makes him an usurper and ALL of his actions become null and void.
Much faster and final than trying to ‘repeal or revise’ healthcare and as a bonus it undoes everything - czar appointments, SCOTUS appointments, executive orders, laws signed... everything.

Not necessarily so. You’ve been here awhile. You’ve seen it. Many of us regular folks have been doing this along with a few (albeit very few) on Capitol Hill. We are looked at as extremists and pooh-poohed by the media and the president himself. We are their enemies who cling to our guns and Bibles.
