Assuming, for the sake of argument, that Obama was found to be ineligible. He would be removed, but Constitutionally Biden would then become President. The only way he could be removed would be through impeachment in the House and conviction by two-thirds of the sentence. Good luck in that happening.
I don’t believe Obama is eligible but its also glaringly clear that he isn’t going anywhere.
It would be a far more productive use of time to work toward strengthening proof of eligibility requirements in the individual states. That isn’t going to without Obama getting a pass.
We’re stuck with Obama and that’s a simple fact but if people really care about fixing the problem that gave us Obama, they’ll need to completely remove Obama’s name from the issue and take it up in their state legislatures.
Its pointless to continue a clearly failed tactic.

Sometimes, simple mistakes like that can grow legs. Our esteemed upper chamber does sometimes seem like an incomplete, run-on "sentence".
