Despite President Obamas weekend visit to the state to boost the candidacy of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Republican Sharron Angle remains slightly ahead in Nevadas U.S. Senate race - for the fourth survey in a row.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in Nevada finds Angle with 49% support to Reids 45%. Four percent (4%) like some other candidate in the race, and two percent (2%) remain undecided with one week until Election Day. (To see survey question wording, click here.)

I would go further and say any incumbent under 50% at this point will likely lose to the challenger. The undecideds historically break for the challenger - even more so this election cycle.
Obama on the campaign trail is going to prove to be the kiss of death. Telling Latinos to "punish the enemy" (Republicans) on election day; telling the American working class to "get to the back of the bus." Yeah, a real class act. What a uniter this "hope and changer" turned out to be.
I was in Las Vegas for a weeks work back in July. The Harry Reid commercials on TV were relentless, attacking Angle for things she said in the past about Social Security and Medicare.
If Reid can’t hold onto 50% despite pummeling Angel for months, he shouldn’t win. Maybe his attack got old, or maybe he started it too soon, but I don’t care. Taking out one of the Democratic icons is good. Too many old Democrats get to die in their Senate seat. Better they die at home, rejected by the people.

Doesn’t Illinois’ race count, too? Yeah, I know. Chicago politics, and Kirk is a RINO, but he is one more vote for a Republican majority leader and one more vote against cap-and-tax (since it is a special election).
Oh, I'd say quite a variety...
Other morons.
Nevada Freepers should also understand that our journalists are in the tank. Jon Ralston and Steve Sebelius refused to even comment on my book, quite disgraceful really. They are next on my To Do list of cleaning up corruption in Nevada.

Very artistic! lol
One thing I like about Angle’s campaign is that her election lawyers are being very aggressive, even before election, on voting irregularities. I wouldn’t put anything past this snake Harry Reid. I’m glad Angle’s attorneys are all over these issues already.
“I cant believe Reid isnt at 10-20%. Who in the hell would vote for that moron?”
Victims and unions - who equally cannot face reality. Things CANNOT continue as they have...
“Please, dear Lord... please see this through.”
In Jesus Name Amen!
“Early voters in Nevada are encountering machines that cast votes for Reid, no matter what they push on the screen.”
How widespread is this? I think there’s another thread about this...
“Too close. Reid can steal it.”
You got it - we have to win now by 7-8% to look like it’s a 2-3% win.
I would love to see some poll, somewhere, make that declaration in the fine print.
LOL LOL .......Major LOL!!!!!!!!!
LOL!

I take it you did not see the Black woman with blonde hair on one of Luntz’s panels held in Nevada? She was a rabid Reid supporter.
I know a good number of people who no longer have landlines; I'm one myself. I am also a very very likely voter (in fact, I've already voted absentee style).
Apparently, "the Razzzzzz" is not counting us...and therefore, his surveys are not accurate....nor are his polls.
Wait for the big poll coming in less than a week's time. Then we can stop listening to "the Razzzzzz" until sometime in 2012....maybe by then, he'll have gotten around to building surveys on something other than 1970s thinking...
