Friday, October 15, 2010 Email to a Friend Advertisement The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Friday shows that 27% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-six percent (46%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -19 (see trends).
The housing markets woes are starkly highlighted by new polling data showing that just 52% of American adults now believe buying a home is the best investment a family can make. Earlier data showed that more homeowners expect the value of their home to go down rather than increase over the coming year.

That version that I just found is probably the best, most concise, and least offensive version of the joke that I’ve ever heard.
-24 on September 9th of this year...
This is good. Tired of seeing the lame -12 polls.
Obama should be minus 25 at least, but, of course, he has the girls on the View and others of similar IQ’s.
up down America has tired of the jackass. All he has left are the blacks and the extremists on the left. Even the young dont like him. what a fool he looked like on mtv
I wonder what his Strongly Approve % would be if the dim state run media would tell the TRUTH about the Kenyan?

Lookin' like a fool with your ratings in the tank
Call me cynical but I think when Obama made a push, his poll approval ratings went up in conjunction with the push — not as a result of the push. In other words, his increased favor-ability in the polls was part of the push.
Yes, sinking at the right time. The stock market has done its very best to prop up hussein, but even it is down 64 today on concerns about banks foreclosure debacle and GE. I don’t wish demise, but the stock market is at crazy heights for the sickness of the underlying economy. Definitely has been a disconnect, and in my opinion a ramp job by the 4 or 5 ‘market makers’ (some market huh?) that use HFT machines to gain ‘market’ advantage right under the noses of the SEC.
So perhaps the stock market will also sink at the right time, even as it did in favor of barack hussein in 2008.
Not to get 'racial' about this (considering O'BAMA never thinks or says anything in a 'racial' context), but I would like to see his 'Approval' ratings taking out 'people of color' out of the data.
RE: #8, I just now got it (and spit beverage out all over my computer screen).
The Won has been underwater in this poll since 6/30/09:
Bwahahahahaha!
Yeah, and it has been since the demwits accused Ras of being biased towards Republicans.
Or if you prefer to take an honest look at the actual sad facts, you'd more likely say "Daily Presidential Tracking Poll: essentially leveled off to his limit"
Or, if you want to look at it more closely, you could also calculate that in the last 100 days, the average of this metric has increased by 2% since the summer.
Let's quit kidding ourselves. The veneer is pulled back.
2 out of 5 Americans don't want an America as we knew it.
You may well be right about that 2/5 number.
I see the whole political conversation moving to the right, as we see in the broader numbers reflected in the mid-term races. Of course, the votes still need to be counted...
It’s much more likely he’s reached a limit...a point of resistance for the time being...When you see numbers bunching like that, I find myself asking, is it more likely to break upward or break downward?
My bet is on downward.
What is the difference between Stongly Approve and Total Approve; likewise with disapprove?
The general approve/disapprove numbers are more stable and credible. Hussein has floated around 45% approval for the last year.
There is plenty of evidence that you are right...public schools and social programs haven't helped much...
When November 3 rolls around and the Dems have lost their control of congress and pundits will be talking about how the Democrat Party has been irreparably damaged for all times, even the faithful will lose faith in 0bama. His approval will plunge big time.
