Reporting from Washington — A Republican majority in Congress would mean "hand-to-hand combat" on Capitol Hill for the next two years, threatening policies Democrats have enacted to stabilize the economy, President Obama warned Thursday.
Speaking on Michael Baisden's syndicated radio show, Obama also made a direct appeal to African Americans about the importance of the November vote, even though he's not on the ballot himself.
"The reason we won [in 2008] is because young people, African Americans, Latinos -- people who traditionally don't vote in high numbers -- voted in record numbers. We've got to have that same kind of turnout in this election," he said. "If we think that we can just vote one time, then we have a nice party at Obama's inauguration, and then we can kind of sit back and suddenly everything's going to change – that's just not how it works."

I think you show some real insight into how things are likely to unfold.
I, personally, do not believe that we will be getting out of this w/o bloodshed (that is, IMO, only possible with the Hand of God).
Far too many of our political elite [this includes the high-ups for all the federal bureaucracies] will do anything to hold their power.
Only a dark skinned amnesty loving big government socialist, and an old white one pretending for the moment not to be.

lol - That’s one way to be self-employed: selling torches and pitchforks to an ‘angry mob.’
I know DC has pretty much banned firearms... but that doesn’t mean that we can’t strap on machetes and such to arm ourselves.
I am not speaking figuratively...I want to see our leaders and representatives on the lawn with a burning line on the ground, calling him out.
I want to see pitchforks, torches, tar and feathers in their hands as they demand he come out to address them and address specific grievances.
And I want to see a throng of angry average Americans right behind them.
Now I really hope Linda McMahon wins.
