New inflation numbers are out this morning, and some polls now show for the first time that more Americans disapprove of the job President Obama is doing than approve.

As CNBC prepares for a first-of-its-kind town hall with the President, we want to know where you stand on the his handling of the American economy. Do you approve or disapprove? Share your opinion below:

Anybody here that guy of Fox and Friends this AM. His name was Jay something or other, I think he is washed up actor from a number of failed 90’s sitcoms. Anyways he gave a great insight into liberal thinking when they cut out all the talking points. When Gretchen asked him about tax cuts , the veins went out in his neck and he spoke off the talking points....”The rich make too much money and we should take from them”. Obama in a pre-election interview expounded on “Spread the wealth” moment of candor. Obama when confronted with the facts from the interviewer that during Reagan's presidency marginal rates went down and tax revenue went up, Obama paused and then said “Well it's not about revenue, it's about basic fairness”. So it is at a visceral level a seething spiritrt of envy and covertness. A sizable portion of the populace when confronted a simple decision of a flat tax where revenues would climb and a steeply progressive tax structure where revenues would drop, would pick the latter. This is what happens when you give the right to vote to people who pay little taxes, consume most of the social services, fill the jails and pollute the culture.
