The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 23% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-seven percent (47%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -24 (see trends).

Of course not. I doubt there's anyone in Chicago (especially on the Democrat side) who has what it takes to run Chicago. Chicago's so screwed it's absurd. And we can thank decades upon decades of Democrat control for that. For what it's worth, Chicago is off the cliff.

Gee, I guess Americans really don’t like being unemployed, or the president apologizing to the world, a ramrodded stimulus, the devaluing of the dollar, being lied to in campaign promises then lectured to with teachable moments, mandated Obamacare, etc., etc., AFTER ALL! Little stuff like that gets to you after a while. :)

He’s been campaigning continuously for about 4 years - it’s probably the longest he’s ever done anything in his life. It’s what he’s most ‘experienced’ at.

Good point. GOTV is still going to be important for races in states like mine, and in districts like mine - that are purple/blue.
