I think Joe Biden is a stupid person but I think he loves this country and wouldn’t necessarily try to destroy it, as Obama is pledged to do from two fronts (communist Cloward-Piven Plan and Islamic agenda he told the Egyptian ambassador he’d work to implement once he got “domestic” issues like HCR out of the way).

Biden would only “act as President” until “a President shall have qualified”, so my understanding is that it would not be a permanent thing but only for as long as it took to figure out which QUALIFYING candidate for President had won the election.

I think Obama chose Biden as his running-mate because Biden, as head of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, oversaw the State Dept and thus knew exactly how Obama’s passport was sanitized.

I wonder how far down the succession to the Presidency we’d have to go before we found somebody who was NOT guilty of either misprision of felony or outright treason.

What Lakin’s team needs to ask for in discovery (and be granted) is access to the transaction log embedded in Obama’s electronic file. Somebody that WND interviewed at one point - an expert in this stuff who believes Obama was born in Hawaii - said the only way they can know whether a record is genuine is by auditing that.

Regardless of what shows up, the Hawaii DOH has MULTIPLE criminal investigations which should be done on them - LOTS of legal questions they need to answer.
