Article 1 Section 8 does not list regulating the environment as an enumerated power! Therefore the mere existence of the EPA is unconstitutional and must be abolished!

Think I’ll grab some more pellets at the store, today. These people are serious. You can’t buy solder with lead in it in California. How many animals were dying from eating electronics?
...and BTW I’ve hunted ducks for 50 years and when they outlawed lead shot for waterfowl; we ended up with more crippled birds...fewer clean kills because steel shot just doesn’t have the knock down power that lead did.
The point is to remove the value of independence and self reliance from the populace.
Who funds these groups? Trust me when you ask one of these libkids that question, they clam up, quick.
Of all the animals I’ve killed with lead, not ONE had been due to ingestion.

Is the objective to begin incremental banning of ammunition? (Nothing this administration does should be taken at face value.)
You know, everytime we set foot outdoors we’re mindlessly stepping on countless numbers of defenseless insects, driving over them with our gas guzzling polluting machines or sucking them into jet engines. They have nothing against us - they just want to live their lives in peace! SOB!! What about THEIR feelings??? WE NEED A LAW TO PROTECT INNOCENT INSECTS!!! SOB!!!
I live in a rural town with many fishermen, hunters, and sports shooters. I have never seen a dead animal anywhere (except for road kill), plus for the luckless rodents and snakes brought home by my cat, Swizzle Stick, who then eats the choice bits and leaves the rest in the middle of the dining room.
The only true environmentalists I ever meet are hunters.
These people are posers. They only hate and are bigots.
It boils down to their perceived lack of control over their own lives so they seek to fill that emptiness by controlling others.
Add to it that they are grossly uninformed and you have one of the most dangerous sets of people you will ever go up against.
Besides, there’s no quality copper or steel shot around unless you have the ca$h to pay for it and that’s going to cut down on bird hunting.... which is really the goal... if they were honest people.
