[Flashback] Robert Rector of Heritage discussed the most comprehensive, detailed and objective study of the illegal alien crisis ever done. His conclusion was that the social, economic and political consequences of the massive illegal invasion, if not curtailed, will result in the collapse of the whole American cultural infrastructure in about 20 years. His research caused a sensation. He appeared on C-Span, numerous media outlets, and talk radio shows. His study was quoted in the Senate when the issue of comprehensive immigration (a/k/a amnesty) was being debated. Most notewothy is the fact that NONE of the open-borders advocates nor the proponents of amnesty could factuallly repudiate his data. All the facts that he compiled to make his extrapolations are right now on-target and coming to fruition.

In the past few months I have come to realize that that is EXACTLY what the liberal elites want! The literally want to destroy the most successful society the world has ever known and replace it with a third world sh#thole where there are only the rich and the peasants.

The only problem with that is Obama has emptied America’s wallet and we’ve got nothing to fork over. Maybe, like Mexifornia, we can issue I.O.U.’s.
I disagree. I think it is so unusual to see a columnist courageous enough to actually take a position that will get them accused of racism that Buchanan gets unfairly tarred when he doesn’t support Israel’s foreign policy. That is my view. I personally care very little about mid-east policy specifically and foreign policy generally. My opinion is that if we get our economic policies right and stay a free republic then we will be too powerful for anyone to defeat.

Right you are! I just hope we conservatives don’t get too complacent because Obama’s dropping in the polls and we start to assume that it’s a done deal. Turn out is still the key!

An Open Letter to Patrick Buchanan
I’m personally not going to waste my time reading attacks on Buchanan for it. Everyone that doesn’t go along with the neo-cons gets called antisemitic. It’s just the way it is.
Children of illegals are CONSIDERED CITIZENS. This is the problem, since the INS in the 1980’s decided that it was to expensive to deport all the children of illegals it has been ASSUMMED that they are citizens. The 14th amendments grants citizenship to all persons born on American soil and ALSO are born with allegiance to the U.S. (subject)by birth to parents that are U.S. citizens.
A couple of days ago some Russian spies and their children born here were deported back to Russian. If those children were considered American citizens ,how was it possible that they were deported without a federal immigration hearing on their behalf. Perhaps our laws are only enforced against Europeans,not Mexicans.
