Sex education starts early, especially if you go to elementary school in Provincetown, Mass.
Thats because the school committee has unanimously adopted a condom distribution policy beginning as early as first grade.
According to the Provincetown Banner, the program requires that students speak to a school nurse or trained counselor before receiving condoms.
The committee also directed school leaders not to honor demands from parents who object to their kids receiving protection.
Some members on the committee were wary because the program requires that students speak to school officials first.
But Beth Singer, the schools superintendent, said she wanted to guarantee younger students get information on how to use condoms because there is no age limit.

Where are the parents in this district and why hasn't there been an outcry? Have people become so desensitized to the mental molestation of their kids by the state that they do nothing now?
Yes. Any other questions?
According to info I have seen over the last 20 years or so, Provincetown and environs are the gay/lesbian capitol of the USA.
Train up a child of four on condom usage and they will not stray from it when they are forty-four /s
That explains a lot.
The teachers are just saving their phone sex money.
Are there many first graders using condoms these days? Someone ask the Safe Schools Czar.

Because today's schools serve to indoctrinate children in the liberal agenda, regardless of what morality they are being taught at home.
The schools serve to undermine the parental authority.
That is to say "Secular Humanism" is now our official state religion, keep your "silly Christian superstitions" to yourself.
You could get a social disease just walking down the street in P-town, they should be handing out hazmat suits instead.
When he saw what has happened to it since the homos took over, he cried.

EDITORIAL: At the president's pleasure
'Safe school czar' encouraged child sex with an older man
September 28, 2009
A teacher was told by a 15-year-old high school sophomore that he was having homosexual sex with an "older man." At the very least, statutory rape occurred. Fox News reported that the teacher violated a state law requiring that he report the abuse. That former teacher, Kevin Jennings, is President Obama's "safe school czar". ..."
According to Mr. Jennings' own description in a new audiotape discovered by Fox News, the 15-year-old boy met the "older man" in a "bus station bathroom" and was taken to the older man's home that night...".
On the tape, Mr. Jennings recollected that he told the student to make sure "to use a condom" when he was with the older man. That he actively encouraged the relationship is reinforced by Mr. Jennings' own description in his 1994 book, "One Teacher in 10." In that account, the teacher boasts how he allayed the student's concerns about the relationship to such a degree that the 15-year-old "left my office with a smile on his face that I would see every time I saw him on the campus for the next two years, until he graduated." ...
I worked in a factory and if someone had an open cut on a finger, the nurse would clean it, put a band aid on it, then slipped what looked like a miniature condom over it to keep it clean. Maybe they are giving those to first graders.
Provincetown & San Francisco are to homosexuals what Mecca and Medina are to moose-lems. The amazing thing is that this is just happening now.
