MRS. RONDEAU: I heard the broadcast on Chalices show last Monday wherein General Cash and you called for having Obama and his regime removed from office. How do you think the American people could get that done?
GEN. VALLELY: When you go back to the Constitution, it says that its the peoples right to remove a government, hopefully through a peaceful process. If you look at whats out there, as far as the people and the government are concerned, there are only about four ways for a peaceful transfer of power. One way, of course, is through the elections. The second is to demand resignation, where the people actually demand that a sitting president resign as they did when the pressure was put on Richard Nixon, for example. Now with that pressure and declining popularity dipping into 40% support, then 30, then 20% basically, its a no-confidence vote of the people that this executive is not doing the job for America. So then you have the demand-resignation pressure that could occur on the part of the people of the country, and other leadership, corporate as well as political, that could create a tremendous demand that this administration resign. And Im not talking only about Obama resigning for incompetence, corruptness, fraud, lying, and treasonous occurrences in his administration which are violations of his oath and violation of the Constitution, but also his entire political apparatus in Washington and those who contributed to the corruption. So there is plenty of material there that should create enough public support that they demand his resignation.
MRS. RONDEAU: Do you think that weve reached that point in America?

Wow...pretty strong words from a reputable man.
great quote from it
but some of us who are taking leadership positions here are saying that we have to do it faster because the further we go down over the cliff, the harder it is to come back up.
Zero the EGO King!
That’s one huge ego!
I don't think there will be anyone left including Biden...American's will be very busy replacing the entire corrupt government.
He would declare marshall law first and declare those that oppose him in violation of the constitution for trying to overthrow the gov’t and throw many in jail and kill many more.
When you go back to the Constitution, it says that it's the people's right to remove a government, hopefully through a peaceful process.
I can assure you that there isn’t a snowball’s chance in hell that he would ever resign. He loves his plane and he basically lives on it. MO loves her free vacations for her whole family, not having to cook, do laundry, having lobster every night if she wants it and she has no intention of going anywhere. These 2 movin’ on up trashy users have no intention of leaving until they have used their last option. They will lie, threaten, cheat, steal do whatever it takes, MO said in an interview that she can’t believe she lives in that house and has all of those servants, and yes, she said servants.
Good luck getting them out. No way in hell.
District of Columbia code 3501 In the past when public officials (yes, obama is a public offical)in Washington were found to be constitutionaly ineligible to hold a office by lack of citizenship, their elections were voided. obama falls under the same rules as the congressman, they were removed from office. If obama election is declared null and void, his election never happened, he never chose biden ,he never signed any bills ,made appointments.....the election goes to the person next in line for the office with the majority of electorial college votes. JOhn McCain . Biden can’t be President if obama’s campaign is null and voided , as biden was part of obama’s campaign.
The best bet for the America is for the People to demand that obama’s campaign and election be nulled and voided.
Not even enough respect to refer to them as Staff!
Now thats Hope and Change I can believe in!!!
“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes”
You made my point. We are NOT governed by the Declaration of Independence, but the U.S. Constitution. Although I hold the Declaration to be almost a “sacred” document, it isn’t the basis for our current government. Those that would incite insurrection to remove a sitting POTUS are as bad as the POTUS the seek to remove. The quote avoid from the Declaration is one you should take to heart. The Obama administration is “transient” and the mechanisms exist to weaken him in 2010 (pick conservative congressmen) and to remove him in 2012.
Now if the public wants to damand his resignation...that is fine and proper - it probably will be ignored. However, once it steps beyond demands to force of arms....it has gone too far. We don’t do Coups in this Republic.
I do not think that Mr. Obama is rightfully POTUS. However, I will never support a coup in any way form or fashion. It destroys our republic/constitution and sets a terrible precedent for future generations. The only proper way for him to be removed is by impeachment in the House and trial and conviction by the Senate.
“I applaud this Generals bold commentary, for it will help our troops still on active-duty become mentally prepared for when they may have to assist the people in taking their country back.”
You are advocating insurrection and treason. WE DON’T do that in this country. Contrary to your assertions, the Declaration of Independence is part of American History, but IT IS NOT LAW. ONLY constitutional means may be used. You are talking like someone insane to suggest the military should be behind a coup. This is one officer/soldier that would NEVER participate in such a move. It would be violating the very Constitution I’m sworn to protect.
Thought you might be interested in this.
I think the context of his comment is there is enough corruption and crime there, that the entire regime needs to step aside.
Which would trigger the succession line until such time as we find someone who isn't part of the corruption to lead the country. Succession line * The Vice President Joseph Biden * Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi * President pro tempore of the Senate Robert Byrd (really?) * Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton * Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner * Secretary of Defense Robert Gates * Attorney General Eric Holder * Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar * Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack * Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke * Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis * Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius * Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Shaun Donovan * Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood * Secretary of Energy Stephen Chu * Secretary of Education Arne Duncan * Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric Shinseki * Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano WOW...Robert Byrd?
Something is happening out there. My crystal ball is a bit cloudy today (and actually has been for some time now) but the bloom has come off the 0bama rose, that’s for darned sure.
Article:
“When you go back to the Constitution, it says that its the peoples right to remove a government, hopefully through a peaceful process.”
Just to be a ‘language lawyer’ that’s the Declaration of Independence, not the Constitution. Though there *IS* substantial evidence that the government not following the Constitution *DOES* release The People from their obligations to that government AND its laws.
Take Arizona for an example, they took steps to protect themselves and their Citizens from invaders. Those steps were, in my estimation, too lenient; we should actively, violently, zealously, and lethally defend our borders.
>it’s tooo late to work within the system, but still too early to start slitting throats...
But it isn’t too late to stock up on *lots* of ammo and nurture the “paranoid” side of your personality...
I agree a clean sweep is the only way to eject the pervasive corruption of the present government. But, realistically, it's not likely to happen unless the crimes of the regime are greatly compounded in its remaining 2.5 years. But I don't think the nation can take much more.
I agree 100%. Did you read the other article, posted earlier, regarding the 3500 mile area now off limits because of the violence?
But in that article, What I found encouraging was that Vallely is fairly mainstream and that interview was pretty bold imo. It’s going to take someone of that caliber who has direction. Then patriots will group together. (getting back to your earlier comment that people won’t get off their a**es)
