You are advocating insurrection and treason. WE DON’T do that in this country. Contrary to your assertions, the Declaration of Independence is part of American History, but IT IS NOT LAW. ONLY constitutional means may be used. You are talking like someone insane to suggest the military should be behind a coup. This is one officer/soldier that would NEVER participate in such a move. It would be violating the very Constitution I’m sworn to protect.

Contrary to your misunderstanding, the Declaration IS included in the US Code. Not as an legislative act, but as a preamble and statement of the philosophy underpinning all other acts contained therein.
