WASHINGTON (AP) - Attorney General Eric Holder says he does not think Arizona's law cracking down on illegal immigrants is racially motivated but says he fears enforcement could lead to racial profiling.
Holder also said the U.S. has a national immigration problem that cannot be cured with a "state-by-state solution."

Guess the “slippery slope” of open borders and no-ID voting isn’t worth mentioning.
Fine, Mr Holder, since you disagree with a state by state solution, what is the federal response? Your solution is to do nothing which the states no longer agree to. So offer a real alternative or stop complaining about others acting.
“Racism” is now the “ultimate sin” per the pansies who control the culture. The saps who eat up their garbage and are intimidated by them deserve zero respect.
Yeah, racial profiling. Kind of like that tax placed on tanning salon’s? Wonder who was profiled on that one?
His solution is “Martial Law”. As was stated in another thread, if “Martial Law” is imposed, the November elections could be canceled. If that happens, it should show even liberals what’s really happening. Obama knows he would loose the next election so he has to act soon to take control of this country.
If you are a Black baton wielding Black Panther intimidating voters - it’s cool.
If you are a white tea bagger who served in the military - you’re a possible extremist/terrorist.
Yep, sounds like profiling, Holder.
There are two really big holes in border security.
1. The border is like a gauntlet, run it and get to the interior and you’re probably home-free, because.....
2. There is no serious interior enforcement.
The AZ law provides some amount of interior enforcement.
As far as racial profiling or abuse, there are probably any number of do-gooder lawyers who would take on the most egregious cases under fed civil rights laws.
At the airport, they need to ask one question, Are you Muslim, go to that line. There, check those and you´ll stop 100% OF ALL threats of terroism. Is this profiling...maybe we need a bit of the rule of the jungle.
Nappy let the secret out about a week ago......States will get enforcement money...Feds will not...
Yep, makes sense to me. If you got a fox getting into the hen house be sure and stop five giraffes and check them for chickens. Yes sir fairness ahead of national security, that’s what I’m for.
Yep, makes sense to me. If you got a fox getting in the hen house and stealing chickens but sure to stop 5 giraffes to make it fair. That’s what I’m for, fairness over national security.
Do me a favor----wake me when Holder's gone and/or if Holder ever does something worthwhile----not including (a) mirandizing terriorists, and, (b) facilitating the pardon of the US' most flagrant tax cheat (/snix).

Eric Holder Advocated Special Treatment for Fugitive Marc Rich for Over a Year
EXCERPTED FROM James Bamford, Author of "The Shadow Factory" (the CIA)
WHO IS MARC RICH? Then a fugitive from justice, billionaire commodities trader Marc Rich was one of 140 people Bill Clinton pardoned during his last hours as president. Rich's pardon was facilitated by then-Asst USAG Eric Holder (details above).
Rich, 66, was charged in 1982 with the largest tax-evasion scheme in US history, having evaded more than $48 million in income taxes. In 1983 Rich was indicted on 51 additional counts of racketeering and wire fraud. Rich's accomplice, Pincus Green won a presidential pardon, too. Rich also violated the US Trading with the Enemy Act by conducting business with Iran, even as US embassy staff were being held hostage.
In 1983, Rich fled to Switzerland, never serving a day in jail. After fleeing the United States, Rich renounced his American citizenship, became an Israeli citizen and a major benefactor of Jewish charitable organizations, giving nearly $80 million to Israeli hospitals, museums, orchestras, and universities.

Pressure on Pres Clinton Moves Fugitive Marc Rich From Most Wanted to Most Want to Forget List
EXCERPT In a New York Times op-ed essay, Feb 19, 2001, ex-President Bill Clinton tried to explain to the American people why he pardoned Rich.
After enumerating reasons relating to Richs prosecution, Clinton wrote: Finally, and importantly, many present and former high-ranking Israeli officials of both major political parties, and leaders of Jewish communities in America and Europe, urged the pardon of Mr. Rich because of his contributions and services to Israeli charitable causes, to the Mossads efforts to rescue and evacuate Jews from hostile countries, and to the peace process through sponsorship of education and health programs in Gaza and the West Bank.
Clintons op-ed piece triggered harsh criticism from right-wing Jewish opinion makers, including those who have been among the most hawkishly pro-Israel.
*William Kristol, editor of the Weekly Standard, put it bluntly. He tried to blame it all on the Jews, Kristol told the New York Observer. Playing the Jewish card like this is a new low, even for Clinton.
Rabbi Hier in the Feb. 23, 2001 issue of Detroits Jewish Week, called the presidents statement absolutely troublesome to me as a Jew. It opens the door to anti-Semites. It feeds into the idea that Jews control everything, control the world, control the White House. Hes dumping a lot of garbage on the doorstep of his friends, the Jews.
Ronald Lauder and Malcolm Hoenlein, chairman and executive vice president respectively of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, were outraged by the op-ed and accused Clinton of scapegoating Jews.
In the background there is, of course, the Pollard affair. The fact that both Jonathan Pollard and Mr. Rich are American Jews could harden attitudes toward Israel even among members of the American Jewish communityat least among those members of the community who were not themselves dazzled by Mr. Richs philanthropy.
Some Jewish activists protested that Israeli and Jewish pressure for Richs pardon should have been directed toward a pardon for convicted American spy Jonathan Pollard, now serving his 16th year for spying for Israel.
Yediot Achronot quotes former White House officials as saying that Richs people pushed Barak to link the pardon for Rich with a pardon for Pollard: They were counting on Clinton not freeing Pollard and on giving them the pardon for Rich as a consolation prize.
In a Yediot interview, Pollard said he was stunned by Richs pardon. For 16 years I have been waving the flag of Israel, crying out to the Israeli political establishment for help, the spy lamented. But with the Marc Rich clemency campaign, I realize that I made a mistake. I should have been waving bags of money to get their attention. These are the depths that Israels leaders have sunk to, Pollard said.
“Holder fears ‘slippery slope’ of racial profiling”
I have a terrible fear that Holder’s and Obama’s policies will put American lives at greater risk and the slope would be slippery with American blood.
No racial profiling unless you’re White then everybody should hate you.
Pray for America

Why the Tea Party Movement Must Oppose Illegal Immigration and Amnesty
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2509967/posts?page=6#6
Oh my. The obamanation administration has NO problem using racial profiling when it come to the Tea Party. And they haven’t commited the type of violence we get to watch every day from other groups such as ILLEGALS who are responsible for many crimes each day. And should we mention Black Panther intimidation that Ho;lder and his thugs are bound and determined to protect?
YOU are spunky today!! lol Love it!
That would be the "Cracker Tax"?
Sorta like the “Slippery Slope” of that “other” racial profiling conveniently called “affirmative action” eh, Eric?
You know the same “slippery slope” that’s probably gotten you (and your boss) every job you’ve ever had (but not earned)
