It would be almost as bad as what the current occupant is doing!
The Kennedy family
Arnold... To get a promotion FIRST MASTER your current position! Don’t go out with tail tucked in total failure.
No native born?
Huh?
I could run. I was born here.
Coincidentally, both my parents were also.
I am a native born AND natural born.
The fool would never make it past the first few primaries
The constitution says Natural Born, not native born. Read the clause in the OP.
Sorry Arny..... one terminator is enough.
“As we all know no foreign born citizens, native born citizens or naturalized citizens can run for president.”
No, we don’t all know that. I, for one, know that native born citizens can be president.
The country can’t afford 50 Californias.
“And the last time an Austrian-born person led another country, it didn’t work out too well, now what was his name, Schicklegruber, or something like that?”
Wow, a Hitler reference on the internet. Knock me over with a wet noodle.
I’ve read it plenty of times... you were the one that said No ...native born citizen... could run.
But ANYONE who runs for president MUST BE native born.
IN ADDITION, he must be NATURAL Born.
So you cannot say no native born citizen can run, in fact it is a requirement. But it, by itself, is not sufficient.
I couldn’t stand four years of listening to that man talk.
he cannot speak ingleis.
si.
He’s been here since the Sixties. Wouldn’t you think he’d have lost most of his accent by now?
So is Obama’s website Fight the Smears right when it says this:

The truth is, Barack Obama was born in the state of Hawaii in 1961, a native citizen of the United States of America.
The usually clever (years ago, anyway) Simpsons writers, in bending over backwards to mock the governor of their home state, made absolute asses of themselves. On two counts:
1) They never explained how Mr. Schwarzeneggar could become president. It is generally assumed that rules are the same in the Simpson’s universe as they are in ours, unless we are told otherwise, and such a large, unexplained hole bothers people (like me), and
2) They already had a well-established parody character of Schwarzeneggar, named Ranier Wolfcastle. Why couldn’t they use him? Too subtle?
that’s what i assumed would happen.
My very Bristish Auntie has been here since 1958 and she still has her accent. She did become a citizen in the 90’s after her parents were both dead. She did not want to upset them.
