Sorry , but the Supreme court has already ruled that there is a clear distiction between Native born and Natural born. In the case of Wong KIm Ark , Ark was delared a Native born Naturalized citizen because he was born on American soil to legal immigrants who were not yet U.S. citizens. Full and complete allegiance( both parents U.S. citizens,NATURAL BORN) at time of birth is required to be President. NO, obama IS NOT the legal president of the U.S.. Birthers like to pretend there's a difference between native born and natural born. There isn't, not as far as citizenship is defined in law. If you're born here, you can be President. If you're naturalized, you can't. It's that simple.
