Sorry , but the Supreme court has already ruled that there is a clear distiction between Native born and Natural born. In the case of Wong KIm Ark , Ark was delared a Native born Naturalized citizen because he was born on American soil to legal immigrants who were not yet U.S. citizens. Full and complete allegiance( both parents U.S. citizens,NATURAL BORN) at time of birth is required to be President. NO, obama IS NOT the legal president of the U.S.. Arnold is a Naturalized citizen just like obama, if obama is the “president” then Arnold can be the “president”

There’s a lot of confusion here. It hasn’t been established, so far as I know, that citizens born of parent citizens outside U.S. territory aren’t natural born citizens. So the part about presidents needing to be native born is suspect. Also, by saying that a president must be natural born in addition to being native born, you assume native born citizens aren’t automatically natural born citizens, which I think is false.
Obama, is doing the same think to the whole country that Arnold Schwarzeneggar has done to California..
Obama is not an American citizen..he came in through the back door..with his communist handlers..

Via the 14th amendment, if a pregnant 16 year old girl crosses over from Mexico and gives birth, that child is a native born citizen.

No, Chester A Arthur's father was a British citizen at the time of his birth (in fact there was a big scandal about whether Arthur was born in Canada or the U.S.)

Sorry, but you’re wrong. Read the decision again, carefully. They never said native born citizens aren’t also natural born citizens. They in fact are, being citizens from birth, which is what “natural born citizen” means.

No, he was not. Even if we assume he’s not a natural born citizen, he was most certainly not naturalized, as he was native born, and born citizens are by definition not naturalized.

I like all slams on power, and The Simpsons has a tradition of attacking mindless bureaucracy of all kinds. But pay closer attention. It’s not the EPA they’re mocking. It’s the EPA as run by a Bush-y sort of ex-industrialist CEO guy. I don’t remember the exact dialogue, but they make it pretty clear that this is the New EPA.
Besides, truckloads of episodes testify to the show’s eviro-credentials (see: the crazy Texas billionaire vs. various of Lisa’s dreamy do-gooder love interests). There’s really no chance they’d spend all that time contradicting themselves with the thing that millions more people are sure to see than the average episode.
But also they certainly were mocking Ted Kennedy with the Mayor of Springfield.
The Constitution doesn’t define natural born citizen.
Arnold doesn’t qualify, not just because of his birth but because of his policies. It would require both a Constitutional amendment AND gross stupidity by voters.
However, the idea that Arnold feels any great loyalty to Austria and is a security risk because of that is silly.

Teddy, yes, but also probably all the Kennedys at once. Not saying they don’t go after Democrats, especially back in the day. Just don’t think the movie had any of that going on.

FTS left out the most intriguing part. Indonesia would not have allowed Barry Soetoro to become an Indonesian National if he did not obtain a Certificate of Loss of Nationality from the US first.
Obama incorrectly assumed his US citizenship would be restored when the Soetoro adoption was annulled. Obama is US native born Indonesian National.
