There’s a lot of confusion here. It hasn’t been established, so far as I know, that citizens born of parent citizens outside U.S. territory aren’t natural born citizens. So the part about presidents needing to be native born is suspect. Also, by saying that a president must be natural born in addition to being native born, you assume native born citizens aren’t automatically natural born citizens, which I think is false.
Via the 14th amendment, if a pregnant 16 year old girl crosses over from Mexico and gives birth, that child is a native born citizen.
But could never be considered a “natural born” citizen.
