Good thing this wasn't said in Canada, or she'd face charges for hate speech. In the United States, she'll just get harassed for being pro-family and pro-values.
They have a problem with her being a Christian.
the homo groups go to areas from MA AND DC to spread their agenda suing local towns and govt like they did in my town
the fact is that if nature intended two of the same sex to be having sex then they would be able to reproduce and because they cannot then it is not natural
One big mistake the homosexuals make is that they think anyone who opposes their agenda is a religious person which is not the case, most I know are not religious but oppose their sick perverted agenda
Wrote Pat Griffin, former director of the It Takes a Team program for the Womens Sports Foundation, on her blog: Why do you think a coach would foreground this information... ?”
Why do ever one of you idiots who bat for the same side “feel I have to come out” in the press every single fing day? And why is this different?
The definitions are:
Far left views: that's what everyone believe. Shout it from the rooftops!
Conservative views: these extremist views are held by a minority of people clinging to family values and religion. They will be stamped out.
This is just the natural progression that political correctness takes us: to the point where just stating a belief in “Christian family values” is perceived as a threat by fringe minority groups.
It never ceases to raise my ire when a limited percentage of the 3%-4% of the population who consider themselves homosexual demand the rest of us be silent regarding our beliefs and values. I refuse to consider that reasonable and will not give that to them.
I greatly appreciate the forward honesty of this coach. Her university and team are very fortunate to have her!
Coach Pingeton is also fairly attractive. Sheri Coale, the OU women’s coach is HOT, HOT, HOT. Only reason I watched a part of the Women’s Final Four. She was smokin’.
Lesbians - part of the perpetually offended class.
There are LOTS of parents of future college athletes who are very concerned about the sexual orientation of the coaches recruiting their daughters. So much so that the Lesbian BB coaches association in conjunction with the NCAA have issued a policy denouncing the use of a coach’s orientation when recruiting a player.
I was in Atlanta many years ago at the same time the Women’s Final four was being held. It’s a freaking Lesbian convention in town. One lesbian group claimed that the attendees at this years Women’s Final Four in San Antonio was going to be well over 50%.
LOL...I thought the headline meant THIS Coach...
Family is important to us, and we live it every day.

Oh, my, such hate speech. She should resign immediately!
Those believing in family values happen to be in the majority. Homosexuals need extensive therapy!
Turn about is fair play. Don’t Leftists like ‘fairness’? If homosexuals feel like they need to flaunt their perversity in the public’s face why can’t heterosexuals flaunt their bedroom habits, too?
This lady is pretty courageous for doing this. I look forward to reading about more of this happening and watching the Leftists go ape-doody!
being pro family is now hate speech?
Pro-family is code for homophobes violating civil rights...
these people need to get over themselves....
If she was subtlely trying to imply that she and her staff were all straight, I think she did a terrific job. This is how whispering campaigns stop. We all know lesbianism is a major problem in women’s athletics although it is often kept out of the sports pages. I don’t know if this coach’s statement was a way of saying “we have no lesbians on our coaching staff” but if that was the message she tried to send, she did it in a way that was not directly discriminatory. Bravo.
