Lieutenant Colonel Terrence L. Lakin was charged today with four violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) under Articles 87 and 92.

Unless I missed something, everything I saw on your blog alleges violations of state law (and most of them are not crimes). NCIS is a federal law enforcement service - enforcing state laws is beyond the scope of its responsibilities and statutory authority.
So Obama will order a hit on Blago or one of his lackeys will do it in order for Obama to keep his presidency intact.
You have Washington D.C., AKA District of Corruption, the SRM and bought out TV/radio outlets. Simple like that!!!
Any alleged crimes that Obama may have committed with respect to his "birth records" have nothing to do with Blago. But, anything Obama said to investigators relative to Blago's case, especially if he's made contradictory, can be explored by Obama - either to impeach Obama if he's made incriminating statements, or to provide Blago defense with exculpatory information. This is why he's relevant to Blago, and why discovery in the form of a subpoena may be upheld for Obama.
Just like Lakin, Blago's not getting his hands on Obama birth records.

It could be extremely politically embarrassing to Obama for the prosecution counsel to refuse to allow discovery because discovery should prove Lakin’s suspicions to be unjustified and that Obama is telling the truth, if indeed he is telling the truth.
Yeah. The case against Nidal Hasan must have really sucked too, since nobody investigated him or did anything about him. Only a moron would have thought there was anything fishy about him. God knows that the authorities investigate EVERYTHING that is credible. If it hasn’t been investigated there’s obviously nothing there.
There was clearly nothing there with the Black Panthers voter intimidation case. Nothing there with the underwear bomber. Hey.... there must have been nothing there when Able Danger found something suspicious about Atta’s AQ cell back in 200 also, since the DOD quashed the investigation. (Never mind that Sec Def William Perry was later forced to answer a FOIA request which showed that he DID own the company which sold military satellite technology to a company he knew was owned by the Chinese military leader’s wife.... since it was Judicial Watch who found that out and not an official investigation it must never have happened).

When in this whole debacle has ANYBODY erred on the side of real caution? Erred in favor of making absolutely SURE that everything was how it should be?

Forgery is a federal crime. Perjury is a federal crime. Tampering with a federal election is a federal crime. Charity fraud is a federal crime. Extortion is a federal crime. Treason is a federal crime.
And that is why I believe the worst crisis this country faces is the failure of law enforcement - our means of holding politicians as well as the ordinary man on the street accountable to the law.

Nidal Hasan didn’t have superiors take action based on his statements. If I had been his commander, it would have been different - I would have been fired. Oh well. I haven’t followed the case closely, but I’d assume it was the political correctness garbage that helped me decide to leave at 25 years rather than go for 28...that and being in a useless paperwork job that bored the hell out of me.
The Black Panthers WERE investigated, and I believe they had lost their case when the black AG stepped in to pull the charges. I believe it is still under investigation by another branch, but Holder deserves removal from office based on that alone.
Won’t happen - elections have consequences.
But there have been nearly 70 cases brought by birthers, and they haven’t gone anywhere. Birthers need to think about WHY, rather than continue whining.
You need standing. No, being a citizen out of 300 million doesn’t count.
You need a case that FORCES a review by the courts - they won’t volunteer.
And you need a case focused on the issue - can someone born in the USA with a foreigner for one parent run for President. And frankly, I think the answer will be yes. I think the Supreme Court effectively said that in Dec 2008.
If you think Obama was born in Kenya, you need evidence...and no, the courts are not detective agencies, and Obama doesn’t have to lift a finger to help you. That is life. If you were on the other side (like when the crazies were after GWB), you would WANT those protections.
The part of our government that terrifies me is that I agree: ABSOLUTE POWER CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY. And the voters have absolute power (or darn close) in our system, and I think they have figured out that 60% can rob 40% until the 40% are all gone...and the 60% haven’t thought beyond that.
No, that is not the way History works, and Our G-d would not have it so easy for us. To grow spiritually individually and as a nation, the course must be difficult, the Teacher has great expectations for our souls.

Forging a state-issued birth certificate is not a federal crime. Perjury is not a federal crime unless it involves lying under an oath administered pursuant to federal law. A charge of interfering with elections under 18 U.S.C. § 595 would not be supported by the allegations you made on your blog post. I don’t see charity fraud anywhere on your blog post. I don’t see extortion anywhere on your blog post. I don’t see treason anywhere on your blog post.
It's the "until" part that could get interesting.
All along, I have said that a Quo Warranto action in the proper venue is the best, and maybe only way to determine Obama's right to the office he currently holds.
Even Lakin could have filed such an action in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
