Six people have been injured in a shooting at Arrowhead Mall in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Three of the victims are reported to be in critical condition.
Muskogee, United States - Muskogee Police confirm that there was a shooting at the mall and that there are victims. At this time the duty desk officer said during a phone interview that there is no other information that they can give out.

I had always heard that the song was meant to be sarcastic. I think Muskogee has always been a little rough around the edges.
I used to teach U.S. History, but I am unfamiliar with the Slapaho tribe. I am familiar with Arapahoe, Apache, Navajo, etc.,but am ignorant of the Slapaho Tribe. Are they plains, woodland, southwest Indians. Do they practice the Sundance? Are they entitled to casinos? Were they given a reservation by the Dawes Act. Enlighten me about this mysterious tribe. I know there were over 300 native american tribes when europeans first emigrated.
Too many folks around the world believe that American television is an accurate portrayal of American life. Even COPS is showing a small minority of Americans, the lowest of the low.

“More Arrests Made In Deadly Muskogee Mall Shooting”

SNIPPET: “MUSKOGEE, OK — More people have been arrested in connection with Saturday’s deadly shooting at Arrowhead Mall in Muskogee. That brings the total number of arrests to six.
The Muskogee County District Attorney has been poring over the evidence from the shooting. He says at this point, the evidence shows that there was only one shooter, Michael Mayberry, 16.
Mayberry is in jail on one complaint of first-degree murder and five complaints of shooting with intent to kill. He also has a warrant for assault with a deadly weapon for a gang drive-by shooting on April 3rd.
D.A. Larry Moore says he will prosecute Mayberry as an adult. Police say the shooting was also a gang crime.”
