In a press release just handed to Fox by the FBI, the six Michigan residents, two from Ohio, one from Indiana are charged with “seditious conspiracy.”
Reportedly, Hutaree is accused of attempted use of weapons of mass destruction. Charges range from August 2008 to today. The militia group Hutaree are said to have conspired to oppose by force the authority of the US Government.
The members viewed local, state and federal law enforcement as "the brotherhood," also known as their enemy, and have been preparing, the FBI says, to engage them in armed conflict.
According to one plan released by the FBI, the group was to kill a law enforcement officer, then during the funeral precession, hit again with IEDs to kill more LEOs.

Given the “sedition” charge, this looks like zero’s DoJ/FBI/DEA/IRS/HSA boys taking a dry run test case on how to handle or manufacture a “seditious” uprising. When was the last time someone was charged with sedition and how often is it charged? Armed insurrection CAN be used to suspend Posse Comitatus.
Keep that in mind.

It has been operational. Look at NAFTA, CAFTA, outsourcing, company's leaving the US for country's with a lower standard of living and less regulation, US infringement on sovereign foreign banking institutions (UBS) etc, etc, etc.
hennie pennie: I presume that MOST FBI agents are entirely professional and ethical to the extreme, but I remain suspicious of those who are not.
Both of you need to read about the debacle at Ruby Ridge and how the government set that operation up. Pay special attention to the trials and how the FBI acted there. I'd wager that you both will change your tune.
