Seriously, I fully understand the significance of the assault on our liberties and freedoms we've just witnessed.

But for the love of God, take your two seconds and get it out of your system and get ready to take back the country. It's our own damn fault we let this happen so now what are we going to do? Sit and cry like these bozos own us? They only own you if you let them.

I'll say this-I don't know what all the answers are but I know it will take an incredible effort and some very brave and smart people to rebuild this thing. You have a choice-lay on the ground and get walked on by these cretins or get up off your butt and start fighting back. It starts now. I'm 34 years old and I'm not taking this laying down-I've got too much pride in my country and self to let a two-bit crackhead like Obama run my life. I also know that the old saying "United we stand, divided we fall," is going to be critical moving forward. I watched some people up in Washington that should inspire all of us-Paul Ryan, John Boehner, Mark Levin, Michelle Bachmann. What great great people and true leaders. We have some great leaders to build around that's for sure. I couldn't be prouder of the true Patriots that have fought and will continue to fight for us.

Thanks for your post. The sheer magnitude of government intrusion and that it can be deemed to pass constitutional muster shows how degraded and separated we are from the protections our founding fathers fought for. There needs to be a spark to set the fire that is I feel inevitable if we are ever to set the government back to its rightful strength - submissive to the people and not the other way around! I feel that if some of the current patriots call for outright civil disobedience, that would be a meaningful start. I'll be interested in what Rush has to say tomorrow. He has a lot of weight on his shoulders and know that patriots will be seeking his and other patriots leadership as to what to do next.

The worst thing about this is knowing that some people are stupid enough to think this is about the government caring for them. This is a power and money grab of unprecedented scale, nothing more.

So the fight is jointed - this means we, the citizens who understand and appreciate the heritage of Our Constitution are now called upon to defend it with unending effort, and prayer! Amen, sir. We won this debate, the public remains strongly against this. The passing of this bill occurred in November 2008 with the election of a marxist president and massive majorities in both houses. Elections have consequences. The people are on our side, and those numbers haven’t budged in 8 months despite a massive pr campaign. Our side will continue to win the debate and ride it back to majorities. Eliminating this massive bill will be a tough battle, and the window to do so is only a few years. We must fight on all fronts to beat it in court, with the help of our states and in the next elections in 2010 and 2012.
