Amen, sir. We won this debate, the public remains strongly against this. The passing of this bill occurred in November 2008 with the election of a marxist president and massive majorities in both houses. Elections have consequences. The people are on our side, and those numbers haven’t budged in 8 months despite a massive pr campaign. Our side will continue to win the debate and ride it back to majorities. Eliminating this massive bill will be a tough battle, and the window to do so is only a few years. We must fight on all fronts to beat it in court, with the help of our states and in the next elections in 2010 and 2012.
