Virginia Democratic blogger Ben Tribbett posts the audio of a conversation with Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli -- recorded, the bloggers says, during the transition -- taking Obama conspiracy theories extremely seriously, and talking about legal options.
"It will get tested in my view when someone… when he signs a law, and someone is convicted of violating it and one of their defenses will be it is not a law because someone qualified to be President didn’t sign it," Cuccinelli says on the recording, suggesting its "possible" that he would challenge it.
"Someone is going to have to come forward with nailed down testimony that he was born in place B, wherever that is. You know, the speculation is Kenya. And that doesn’t seem beyond the realm of possibility," he says.
Which, actually, it is.
Cuccinelli's office didn't immediately respond to a question about the audio.(continued)

Thank God Ben Smith didn't put the (R) after Cuccinelli's name in this "story". Obama is busy imploding on his own, stay out of his way.
This is our best hope to get that bastard out of the White House short of Impeachment.

I think it is unlikely he was not born in Hawaii, but without seeing what the documents consist of (such as a long form original hospital-generated birth certificate) in Obama's file at the Hawaii Department of Health, one cannot say it is "beyond the realm of possibility."
There is some reason Obama has been fighting these dozens of court cases demanding that he prove his eligibility.
Or has Ben Smith seen Obama's Hawaiian file?
I think the deadwood needs to be cleared out of the birthers...Orly Taitz and Inspector Smith are doing much more harm than good IMO. Im not sure what to think of the other lawyers involved...I havent followed them enough to form an opinion

The possibilities of his ineligibility
1)Born in Kenya? Maybe, the Kenyans sure say so. Odinga still has a gag order on all O’s relatives there as far as I know.
2)Was documented to be an Indonesian Citizen of admitted islamic religious affiliation (this is not contested)therefore making him a citizen of someplace other than The USA. He has NOT renounced Indonesian citizenship.
3)Obama Senior was a British Subject, making Jr. a dual citizen and therefore beholden to a country other than The USA
It’s not just the born in Kenya possibility. Too bad half the country are about as dumb as a bag of hammers. 99.9% don’t know there even is a BC issue.
CONSTITUTIONALIST is the proper term for those who question this issue.

One thing I’ve seen which they apparently have definite documentary evidence for, is that Obama’s mother registered for college classes back in Seattle 3 weeks after he was born. It seems unlikely, if she had gone to Kenya, then arrived back in Hawaii with a newborn....that she would have immediately gone off to Seattle.
Also, the newspaper announcements are highly unlikely to have been made...had he been born elsewhere, I think. What would of motivated them to call them in?
Personally, I think his “long form” was destroyed in a fire in Hawaii, and the short form is all he has, hence, the mystery about it.
He must of had dual citizenship with Indonesia, however, or else he couldn’t have traveled in college to countries then closed to Americans.
As to why he’s spent millions hiding the truth on all this? It’s all very strange, I think.
Completely agree. I've gotten to the point that I think Orly is a nutjob plant put in place to cast anyone who wants to see the BC as a loony, and drive away people that aren't nuts because they don't want to be associated with her in any way.
