Their website about ordering certificates includes this:

“If you are applying for a certificate on behalf of someone else, you must provide an original letter signed by that person authorizing the release of their certificate to you.”

That seems to be referring to the disclosures authorized by HRS 338-18 and indicates that the release is to you. But the Administrative Rules refer to anybody being able to get a certificate sent to the address of SOMEONE LISTED ON THE CERTIFICATE, without reference to needing authorization from them.

They also say the cost is $10 (which is actually a high enough percentage of increase in cost from the rules in effect that they should have gone through a legal process to change that - which they probably didn’t) and they won’t refund it if they deny your request.

The page where the information is given is at
http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/vital-records/vital_records.html It gives a phone number to call if you have questions. It might be better if somebody besides me called. They may shoot flames through the phone at me if they figure out who I am. lol. I don’t think I would send any money to them unless and until I had their assurance that they were going to follow their rules - and I wouldn’t hold my breath on that. Why would they all of a sudden start following their rules?

The other alternative, as I look at the actual request form, is to put on the line for “Relationship of Requestor to Person Named on Certificate” what the rules actually say and cite the rule -

e.g.
Relationship of Requestor to Person Named on Certificate:
A person (see PHR Ch 8b,2.5A(3))

and

Reason for this Request:
on behalf of (see PHR Ch 8b,2.5A(3)

If somebody is interested in pursuing this, either by calling the DOH first or by sending in $10 and seeing what they do, please let me know (if you don’t mind). I’d love to see their response.

(2) Its a distraction from other more effective issues, so we’re wasting time and resources beating a dead horse.

Hey vet.-Doc, What is of more effective issues than the Constitution, and a "presidential" voting fraud and scandal of a crisis proportion, huh???

Anyone who considers BO's/BS's ineligibility a distraction has lost sight of what the Constitution means.

You should post this as a separate thread.

It’s hardly dead if Barry Soetoro brings it up at the National Prayer breakfast.

A very strange issue to bring up at a National Prayer Breakfast, wouldn't you think Doc, if it's a dead horse???

lol. You got that right.

I do wonder what the “Communications Czar” has been up to though. My computer freezes up a lot - but only when I visit eligibility sites. I can’t tell you how many times my husband has had to wipe my hard drive and start over.

And I’m told that my e-mails are not getting to people until several days after they say they were sent. Apparently only the ones regarding eligibility.

There’s supposed to be an inspector general for the communications czar, but alas - it hasn’t been appointed yet. They haven’t found somebody senile for the post yet, and they’re afraid of trying to use that excuse again if they have to get rid of somebody who’s actually competently doing their job.

I’m wondering if somebody should first check out whether the DOH will follow their rules before too many people invest $10 in it. Maybe if a lawyer sent it in with the proper citations they would take it a little more seriously.

Any thoughts about it?

If they would do this, I would LOVE to have these certificates out in the mail system. lol. If they sent them certified mail we’d have proof that Obama got them. If they sent them non-certified mail they could show up anywhere - and Obama and his mobsters would finally be the ones dealing with having their livelihood at the mercy of the standard operating procedures of a government-run program (the postal system). I love it.

That’s probably why they will refuse to follow their rules. But a person can always dream of a world where rules are tules and everybody has to follow them...

If anything DOES happen to WTNT after this it will be TOTALLY OBVIOUS what Obama is doing - and why.

I'm not sure it wasn't censored in some way. The show kept going to the BC rather than the Constitutional eligibility. Any discussion of the BC is hearsay and speculation because there isn't one to prove either way. Specific questions were cut off or never answered such as Vattel and the two DNC candidate certifications. Even when Berg went off the deep end with the dual citizenship doesn't matter horse hockey, that was even cut short. Anything that got close to hard and verifiable evidence was cut short or ignored.

And why wasn't there a guest from the other side? Kuhner said he couldn't find anyone when there's countless talking heads who spout against Birthers (or I prefer Constitutionalists) every day of the week. It could be that it would be harder to direct the flow of information from two sides and that one side would push their point further than what Kuhner wanted. But who knows.

That’s why I separated the two from each other - not that I have any contempt for “birthers” per se. The term birthers has become a pejorative, so I really dislike using it, but that’s how most people know the group of individuals who question NBC status of obummer.

I’d love for our country to get back to being constitutional - I just don’t see that happening without a bloody revolution (not that I’m advocating for one).

YMMV

I'm sorry, but your instructions above and in the rest of your message seem too complicated to me, an average person who uses the computer.

But if you could come up with simpler instructions that the average person like me could use, that would be nice. Sorry.

Are you saying someone is taking the issue to court?

Yes! Citizens are demanding that the Democrat party in Texas provide whatever evidence they used to certify BHO's eligibility. Of course, there is none, so when that comes out the fireworks begin.

All this confusion is not hard to understand.

Team Obama has spent millions encouraging it. Neither is the MSM's characterization of those of us who are interested in the question, as "nuts."

You see, IMHO, this is a national case of Cognitive Dissonance. We're nuts because Constitution says:
"Natural Born citizen." We know that means you are the child of two American citizens.

Obama bobbing and weaving, says, "Yuppers, I am a Native Born Citizen. So it's OK for me to be POTUS!"
Notice the deft substitution of Native for Natural? He's been running that scam on his website for 2 years. Waddawe? Nuts, because we noticed?

We also noticed that:
(a) There's no real proof that he was born in Hawaii. OTOH, there's no real proof that he wasn't.
(b) There is real live actual proof that his Papa, or the Kenyan Subject of King and Queen, was not an American citizen.

That's why I say,
"Go, Go Donofrio,
get me that Writ of Quo Warranto."
All a Writ Of Quo Warranto is, is Legal Dog Latin for "By What Right Are You Claiming this Office? Show us!"

The Defense that Team Obama will claim, after finally releasing a real (or real-looking) long form Hawaiian Birth Certificate, is that he is a "Native Born Citizen," and by golly that's damn good enough. Hey, if they get really desperate, it also could turn out his real father was Nat King Cole, Frank Marshall Davis, or my personal selection, Willie Mays. The stonewalling Hawaiians are probably hard at work preparing various sets of documentation right now.

The Federal District Court will say, "Hey, that's OK with us," whereupon Leo's clients can appeal. Or the boys in black at the District Court can say, "Yo, this gibboni ain't no "Natural Born Citizen! Nice Birth certificate, Dude, but yo daddy be a foreigner!" Then, Team Obama will appeal.

Either way, The SCOTUS can finally get involved and settle this sordid deal one way or the other. Of course, by that time, Barbara Boxer, Nancy Pelosi, and Raul Castro may be on the SCOTUS, along with several other utility commie fellow travelers yet to be named.

"Illinois Senate Debate Oct 21, 2004 (see video page link)

On this debate tape Obama says he does not have to be a natural born citizen to hold the office of U.S. Senator, only those seeking the office of POTUS must be natural born citizens.

http://www.c-spanarchives.org/program/184058-1"

PLS write in which minute of video BO says this. After listening to the whole lousy 60 min., I didn't hear it.

I've followed the BC topic since the Dem primaries. (You don't think Bill Clinton would have used this to get his wife elected so he could have access to Whitehouse interns again?) I see alot of speculation about legal outcomes that would never make their way to adjudication.

NO, NO, have you ever heard about the RACE-CARD used?

Remember what happened to Trent Lott??

Bill & Hill were the very first so called "Birthers," but Bill said he was immediately hit with the RACE-CARD and after that they didn't dare to touch the eligibility issue again. Remember Bill was the first black President, and dealing with Chicago thugs, no way possible???

Everybody in Congress would have been faced with the RACE-CARD and that scares the hell out of them!!!

Good catch with the gravitating to the military.

There’s a bunch of kumbayah in that article, especially that Hawaii is one big melting pot and everyone accepts everyone else no matter the race. Really? If that’s so then why was/is he so conflicted and filled with hate? Other articles state blacks were not accepted, but whatever. Just wanted to point out that blacks make up only 1% of Honolulu’s population today (2000 Census) and we can be certain it was even less years ago. That give’s Race Bannon’s story of meeting Hussien himself rather than some other random black teen even more credible.
