Dr. Henry M. Morris founded the Institute for Creation Research in 1970 with a vision to uncover and present evidence for the accuracy and authority of the Bible. For almost 40 years, ICR has distinguished itself as the leader in creation science research and education, ably assisted by the many fine scientists whom God has led to work here. These men and women have dedicated their training and skills to raising the banner for the truth of our Creator God. We would like you to meet our current on-site scientists and hear their thoughts on the purpose, significance, and importance of the creation science research they do...

For the record, this post is being posted in News/Activism by the express permission of Jim Robinson, founder and owner of Free Republic:
Debate on church doctrine and or threads on specific religious matters may be best posted in the religion forum, but the defense of religious freedom, especially against those who wish to deprive us of same belongs front and center on FR....They banned God and prayer and creationism from public schools and public places, but Ill be damned if theyre gonna ban Him or it from FR!

Mega Dittos :o)
here, here!!!!
These quacks believe the world is billions of years old, yet we have only been keeping records for around 200 years in regards to temperatures etc. I have very little respect for much of science, I mean they lose me with the theory of evolution, just to name one. It`s a bunch of nonsense, not to mention it was only a theory in itself.
If they were engineers (like me ) and not scientists, they would quickly realize that nothing builds itself.
I completely agree...as soon as scientists say “the debate is over”, whether it be about evolution, climate change, AIDS, you name it...you can bet they have ceased practicing science and are now pushing their own personal politics/religion.
“I have very little respect for much of science”
Thanks for the honesty. Some hate science not because it fails to live up to its own methodology, but because of its own methodology.
The problem with the AGW crowd is they aren’t transparent, they don’t make testable predictions, the replace evidence with consensus, they don’t modify the theory when faced with new evidence (the role of sulfate aerosols, the laspe-rate in the troposphere, etc. etc.)
In contrast, something like the Big Bang theory makes theoretical predictions that have been empirically verified.
Hold on....are you now saying YOUR scientists are infallible and don't have an agenda to push, no bias, no foredrawn conclusions?
I'll deal with their bogus claims instead of their profiles.....and would match my profile against theirs any day.
Though, they allow BTMS* to pass on the nonsense...so i won't see much of their works.
...but lemme get this straight....all other scientists but yours are fallible and biased......right?
I believe deeply in God and that The Bible supports ~15 billion years of creation and molecular evolution in some, but not all cases.
I’m thankful for them too. For too long Christians felt forced to accept theistic evolution or reject their faith. It was so cool when I first watched a Kent Hovind video and saw that the Bible isn’t wrong.
For starters I would strongly suggest that you take the time to look up the definition of a scientific theory.
Making arguments against a subject without at least rudimentary knowledge of that subject only makes you look foolish.
You are entitled to your belief. But hopefully you are not one of those evos who has declared the “debate is over.”
==Im thankful for them too.
It really must bug the evos to know end knowing that these biblical creationists obtained their degrees from some of the most prestigious Temple of Darwin indoctrination centers in the country!
Never. God's ways are too deep and rich for that nonsense.
Just like it made “the people of the land” mad in the book of Ezra that God was using Ahasuerus, the King of Babylon, to rebuild the city of Jerusalem.
