Dec 4, 2009 The facility with which some evolutionary biologists appeal to almost magical powers of evolution to explain anything and everything is revealed in some recent science articles. Whatever needs explaining is due to evolution evidence or not. These four examples can be considered representative of the genre...

Debate on church doctrine and or threads on specific religious matters may be best posted in the religion forum, but the defense of religious freedom, especially against those who wish to deprive us of same belongs front and center on FR....They banned God and prayer and creationism from public schools and public places, but Ill be damned if theyre gonna ban Him or it from FR!

Ping!
The evolution of shopping: Both PhysOrg and Science Daily reported that shopping strategies of men and women show evolution at work in the mall.
Jim authorized pop psychology to be in News/Activism? Wow, what's next, how women decide between Coach purses?
LOL, This is funny stuff. It is fun to try to explain things based on a theory like evolution, but it’s unprovable and meaningless.
Like that silly "gravity" and "light" and other unprovable and meaningless theories.
The “shopping gene”?
Having run out of anything even remotely related to science to lie about GGG is now resortiung to posting an editorial mark-up board.
It is good to expose evo-silliness, just as it is good to expose the silliness that would have us believe that humans are driving climate change. And while both are laughable, both are also dangerous to science, not to mention our freedom.
One has nothing to do with the other. Your attempt to link them is yet another example of your desperation.
Women's shopping tendencies at a mall -- yeah, that is what passes for "hard science" in your clique.
Just think, all those maxed out credit cards are not your fault...your shopping gene made you do it!
This just came up on Twitter from the freerepublic twitter link... http://twitter.com/freerepublic. Wonder who chooses what goes over there?
Anything to increase exposure...
GG
Female dinosaurs would frequently go to the temple and demand their mates give up all their clams for cave shopping.
I am talking about past evolution silly. You know, human beings. That is not like gravity and light. Past evolution can never be a scientific fact. It is a brilliant theory, that's it.
Check this out Godsguns. Usually I get ripped on your posts for going after Creationists like you. Now I got this evolutionist jumping on me.
Okay... coming from GGG talking about magical powers, who cites from a book that is stuffed with tales of magic, spirits, 900 year old men, talking serpents and chariots of fire zooming about the skies. Yeah...
Coolio! It wasn’t me, I’m signed up over there, but I never learned how to Twitter. I’m also signed up over at Digg, but I stopped posting after the election and forgot my password. Nothing comes close to FR! But it’s nice to see our stuff is breaking out to the mainstream :o)
Well, since you misuse the terms "theory" and "scientific fact" and don't understand why and how TToE is exactly like TToG (in fact the former is very much advanced pver the latter), I need to take you as I find you.

Sorry, I missed those. It would be interesting to see.
How is this idiocy “in defense of religious freedom”?
Except I’ve seen light and gravity work. Unless you have a cat-lizard in your pocket, evolution is more like cryptozoology or perpetual motion machines.
No, it’s not you. Best I can tell JR has the freerepublic twitter page. I believe it’s at least sanctioned if not official.
I’ve noticed links coming up but I don’t know if they are all coming up over there or if it’s just certain ones... It doesn’t seem to be as many as come in even if you just count the News/Activism section.
Cause for speculation...
