The United States is about to lose a key arms-control tool from the closing days of the Cold War -- the right to station American observers in Russia to count the long-range missiles leaving its assembly line.
The end of full-time, on-site access will likely ignite complaints in Congress, with insiders from both parties arguing over whether the George W. Bush or the Obama administration is responsible.

Look what else Obama has given to the Russians. The Russians will be allowed to count our missiles, but we will not be allowed to count their missiles or nukes.

The Russians are not only allowed to count our missiles, they’ve also been invited to tour our facilities and see where our missiles placed.
It is treason of the highest order. Our nation has been sold out by Communist sympathizers. No doubt. Pro-Chavez, Pro-Soviet, Pro-Marx Anti-Americanism.

Oh come on, we have to be fair about this. This is Obama’s pay-back for canceling the Polish defense missile system. /s

If this actually happens, does it really matter which one is responsible?

Don’t worry about it. Before long, the US will be counting Russian nuclear warheads as they impact major population centers and military targets right here on the fruited plain.
We are so screwed. And we did it to ourselves. That is the really sad part.

This country has given up the fight to defend itself. This is surrender to the Russians. Obama and company are responsible. Damn them all.

No doubt its Obama’s idea. But let us face some reality. The Ruskies have likely been violating this by building other units in secret elsewhere and no doubt been making missile kits that can be easily stored and assembled when need to. Remember those missiles they pulled out of Czech Republic back in 2000 that our ‘friends’ forgot to mention after the ‘break up’. What about their chemical and bio-weapons program? We have been asleep at the wheel for a very long time; now this administration wants to put us into a coma. The Ruskies and the Chicoms will no doubt finish it if given the chance.

It would be wise to move away from our missile sites. Now they are prime targets.
