According to Thomas Bouchard, a US psychologist famous for his research on twins raised apart,[1] even scientists with good reason to believe that the majority are wrong can be silenced. The reason is...

EXCELLENT.
IMPORTANT ISSUE. VERY IMPORTANT.
Lol
Ping!
Google the “Milgram experiment”.
Again with the Psycho LOL. You are LOL, without words to LOL about, LOL. I LOL at your LOL, FWIW, TTYL.
Bouchard, being interviewed in the journal Science on his retirement, cited the example of Larry Summers who resigned as president of Harvard University after an outcry over his saying that discrimination alone doesnt account for womens lower representation in math-based disciplines.
WOW....cite, as evidence of "scientists" being forced to go along with the established norm....a NONS-SCIENTIST being fired for a politically incorrect statement from arguably the most political University known to Man. The Man is no freakin' "scientist" being silenced. He is a foot-in-mouth jackarse that should have known better than to say such a stupid thing while being President of Harvard........a political position...a non-politically correct statement...a political firing.
Nowadays, Im sure there are people who are not publishing stuff on sex differences,
Really, you're gonna set up FICTICIOUS "people" that are "not publishing" research on the differences between the sexes? GEEEEEE....guess you've never actually studied human physiology or human develepmental biology, or endocrinology, or behavioral neurobiology."
I call BS on this false and baseless statement. All one has to do is Google "differences between the sexes" to find dozens of real physiological and behavioral differences written about in uncounted research articles.
Self-censorship, that which you can claim and never have to prove.
Political group-think is different than scientific group-think where anyone at any time can SCIENTIFICALLY posit whatever they want.....and making stuff up like "Man lived with dinosaurs" will not go very far.
Didn’t need any psychologist to tell me that
“Academics, like teenagers, sometimes dont have any sense regarding the degree to which they are conformists.
This is Obama’s problem. The same deep-seated inferiority complex that led him to grovel before the leader of Japan also impels him to keep trying to please “progressive” academics whose views about policy are far to the left of the American public. The “public option” appeared dead after the public loudly voiced its opposition during the August recess, yet it reared its ugly head again during the fall because Obama wouldn’t just slam the door shut on the idea by openly opposing it. Obama keeps championing global warming as a critical issue not based on evidence (which each day moves further in the direction of disconfirming Al Gore’s ludicrous claims and predictions), but because he cannot risk the scorn of leftist know-it-alls who care far more about seeing their big-government visions brought to fruition than they will ever care about the environment.

Thanks for the ping!
