Carrie Prejean: ‘I was not having sex’ in video

Carrie Prejean on Tuesday defended a recently surfaced erotic video of her as a youthful indiscretion and questioned whether it could actually be called a “sex tape” since no one else appears in it.

Prejean admitted to making the video of herself and sending it to her boyfriend when she was 17 years old.

my point was if she could make child porn of herself? with no one else in the room. it was voluntary, but can she legally be voluntary if she was under age? ha! lots of legal questions for people who know more about law than i do.

but i have yet to hear of underage kids being arrested for taking naked pics of themselves and sending them in texts.

It's too bad nobody ever bothered to explain to Ms. Prejean that "nothing ever remains SECRET forever.

Go find 100 17 year-olds and tell them that and if just ONE listens it'll be a miracle.

I suppose you could look at it as something stupid she did. It is sad she didn’t realize the guy she was with was not trustworthy.

She was a young 17 year old girl that was in love with a young boy. She expressed her love for him in an intimate manner. She trusted him. I find that to be a nice loving thing to do. Where I object is that she was just 17. None the less, I find her faultless other than that.

This should never have been made public. The real prick here is her ex boyfriend. He probably showed it to all his friends. They probably showed it to all their friends.

The real jackass here is her ex-boyfriend.

Instead of us talking about her, his is the name that should be made public and trashed. Betraying this trust, was a very slimy bottom feeder type of thing to do.

Everyone else who partook of the forbidden fruit along the way was culpable. Anyone who possesses the video today has committed a felony. The young man himself could easily be charged with trafficking of an underage sex video.

Others are prime candidates to be charged as well.

If I was hoping for a career in the public spotlight, as Ms. Prejean apparently was, I wouldn’t much care where I stood in that line. The longer it drags on, the more her brand is damaged. It’s not going to be known as the “TMZ sex tape”, or the “California pageant officials sex tape.” It’s the “Carrie Prejean sex tape.”

I should add that I don’t approve of underage girls making sex videos for their boyfriends. It happened. Her privacy should have been honored by her boyfriend.

I implied that I didn’t think this was wrong, and that wasn’t accurate. I still consider it to be something nice she was trying to do for her boyfriend.

Her intent was nice, but it was ill advised.

Except she was a minor at the time. So she gos to jail till she is 18. But since she is over 18 now it makes no difference and her record is wiped clean.

In California, yep that is more or less the case. They can charge her as an adult, but in a non violent case that is almost completely unheard of. That is why all the street gangs use kids as lookouts and couriers. Even if they get busted they don't get punished. In case you hadn't noticed the liberals have screwed up most of the justice system.

If there was something truly "scandalous", Harvey Levin, who owns TMX, and his gay buddy who works for the Miss America contest, would have leaked it. They used a cell phone transmission to blackmail her into dropping her lawsuit.

This just proves the absolute truth of someting Neal Boortz said a year or two ago, which, from my best recollection, went as follows: "NEVER, NEVER, EVER make a sex video or pics of yourself unless you want it/them to turn up at the worst possible time in the hands of your worst possible enemy."
