Except she was a minor at the time. So she gos to jail till she is 18. But since she is over 18 now it makes no difference and her record is wiped clean.So apparently your notion of the law is that I can commit a felony when I'm 17 years and 364 days old, and there's nothing that can be done about it?

In California, yep that is more or less the case. They can charge her as an adult, but in a non violent case that is almost completely unheard of. That is why all the street gangs use kids as lookouts and couriers. Even if they get busted they don't get punished. In case you hadn't noticed the liberals have screwed up most of the justice system.
