Carrie Prejean on Tuesday defended a recently surfaced erotic video of her as a youthful indiscretion and questioned whether it could actually be called a “sex tape” since no one else appears in it.
Prejean admitted to making the video of herself and sending it to her boyfriend when she was 17 years old.

“Sorry Carrie, but it involves sexual activity, and therefore by definition is a sex tape. Doesn’t matter if nobody else was in the video with you.”
How do you know that? Carrie says there was no sex on the tape. So, how do you come to say there was sexual activity on the tape? Have you seen the tape yourself? Were you there when she made the video?
What part of “she admitted it” confuses you? And since when is masturbation not sexual?
The problem is that if it can be classified as child porn, then by making the video and giving it to her boyfriend she could be charged with producing and distributing child porn.
Should she be charged as an adult, if so, is she guilty of child porn?

Hmmm! Just to be really fair, I would insist that she give live reenactment so that we could be sure there was no chance of photoshoping or video editing...
If one of those girls later becomes an attorney and runs for political office, she, too, will painfully discover the truth of the Boortz axiom.

Pageant participants are required to sign a contract assuring the pageant that they've never posed nude before they participate. As we all know, she did pose nude before the pageant. And she first claimed that those pictures were taken when she was 17, though others disagree:

It certainly is convenient, isn't it, that, just as with the nude pictures, she claims to have been underage when she video taped herself? Because if she was underage, it can't be distributed...
If she was underage, then of course this video shouldn't be distributed. But I'm not sure we should automatically take her at her word.

It so wrong how she is being treated. The hell she must be going through. Teenagers do all kinds of stupid, immature things. This is so dirty. She doesn’t deserve this, she had every right to tell what was in her heart. People are so twisted.
