Pamela Geller at Atlas Shrugs has accumulated quite a collection of the most vicious imaginable anti-Israel and indeed anti-Semitic hate speech, all of which was posted at Barack Obama's Web site with the full knowledge and approval of the moderators. We remind our readers that one moderator (Emily) counseled an Obama supporter to use the words "Israel Lobby" instead of "Jewish Lobby." Organizing for America as it is now known sanctioned all of the following until the postings in question were circulated here [Israpundit], at Atlas Shrugs, and/or at Free Republic. Only then did they go under the bus.

* "[a four letter ethnic slur for Jews] filth" (used repeatedly)

* "Real Jew News" and "Jew Senator Lieberman"

* "The Israeli Connection to 9/11" (blood libel)

* Comparison of Israel's treatment of Palestinians to Nazi Germany's treatment of Jews

* Hillary Clinton willing to become a "Jewish terrorist" for pay. (The site also welcomed at least one posting that called Clinton a five-letter word for a female dog.)

* Threats of "grave consequences" to Jews who "betray Obama"

We must make it clear that Obama for America did not itself post this hate speech. However, the moderators who can and do decide what is and is not appropriate for posting at the site found all of this material, and other material that was just as bad (like jokes about senior citizens with Alzheimer's disease) perfectly acceptable for posting at Barack Obama's Web site.

Here is the Google search result for yet another keeper from Obama for America, although it seems to have gone under the bus.

Note that we seem to have taught Barry's people to not allow Google or Archive.org to cache their Web pages. We gave them a damned good thrashing when they tried to throw the evidence under the bus only to have it come back later--when we find one of these Web pages, we download it in its entirety.

This is really no big deal. No one would do anything about it even if they started to actually do these things in America.

Recently I heard an explanation for Jews being liberal. During the history of Jews they were frequently attacked and carried off in slavery then the Diaspora ... resulting in the attitude of liberalism (more accepting of all things) rather than conservative which is more likely to impose restrictions on them ..

They (Jews) hope to blend in and not come to attention as a people. I believe they are on the wrong track with this line of thinking. However, now it seems to me it is the liberals and political correctness that has led to many and increasingly restrictions ... especially on Christians. It is expanding rapidly.

I actually think it is the so-called 'liberals' that want to impose restrictions, (what gas mileage our cars can get, what light bulbs we use, how much water our toilet/showerhead/washer uses, etc.) It is conservatives who are all about freedom and free markets.

I agree completely. For the Jews it based on their history; and the persecutions over the centuries ... which might account for their liberalism. It isn't that they support all the liberal causes.

I do see how that might cause them to be lured in to believing they can have the (false)(MO) illusion of more freedom based on some of their causes ... homosexuality, abortions, women's rights, welcoming all the immigrants, etc .
