All we're getting is whispers from the press, of course, A raised eyebrow here, a sad shake of the head there. But the picture that is emerging of Barack Obama, the executive, is not very flattering if you look between the lines.

a lot of these empty desk photos look like photos taken when he first came to the white house. Trying out chairs, no family pics, rooms need painting...

What’s striking is that his desk top has virtually nothing on it.

They are learning....slowly....but between now and 2010....enough may learn what is really going on in DC. Thankfully, the independents are learning fairly fast and they are turning on the President. Without them, he’s done.
I have always assumed that the story behind that picture is PhotoShop.
One would hope but with this guy you just never can tell. Lots of people have been fooled by spoofs here on FR since Obama became President. Its like the everything is upside down and inside out.
I think he has no intelligent life around him while he’s in there.
Once upon a time, I had a partner. He was a nice guy, he brought some bread to the party and he was eager to make a success of the party.
Three months in, though, I concluded he was one of the laziest SOBs I'd ever encountered.
Six months in, though, I realized he wasn't really lazy, as he appeared to be. The problem was: He simply didn't know how to work! His money and his upbringing insulated him from ever having had to learn the initiative or discipline of real work.
He could create a marvelously detailed "Things To Do" list. But he didn't know how to actually do them.
How do you teach a grown man to work? When he's never had to before?
Fortunately, he was not in a decision-making capacity and didn't have any responsibilities that others couldn't cover for. Subsequently, we parted ways, casting loose the dead weight. He remained a nice guy, but utterly useless outside the country club or the marina.
Obama strikes me as a similar personality.
Unfortunately, he's POTUS.

I believe our President is a serious drug abuser and that is why he doesn’t do much work ...also why Rahm is always sending him away on trips.
Obama can indulge all he wants to on Air Force One, and no one can see him at it.
