Neal Boortz: Race-based punishment in government schools (Tucson)
Nealz Nuze ^ | September 22, 2009 | Neal Boortz

At first I thought this article was a joke. I really thought that there was no way our government schools have gotten this bad. But I was wrong. Go figure.

The Tucson Unified School District has decided to implement a two-tiered system for student discipline. One tier will be for blacks and Hispanics ... and the other tier will be for everyone else.

It’s not that simple. They are saying “If you are a minority and you want to get suspended, you better do something really bad”. Better yet, if two minorities get in a fight, there will be no consequences because that would really screw up the quota.

“The reason they are misbehaving has nothing to do with their DNA, and has everything to do with their culture or deficiencies within it.”

And the fact that the policies pushed by our leaders simply let them get away with it. Over and over, in criminal cases we’ve seen the ‘latino’ slide when a US citizen gets nailed to the cross for the exact same crime...identity theft, drug running, driving without licenses, and on and on.

We have created a monster that is destroying the rule of law and equal justice...sad, sick joke!

"This will only further handicap minorities."

It will turn the US into a 3rd world country in a couple generations.

It is racist to expect blacks and Hispanics to adhere to standards whites have set for themselves and their cultures.

No one expects the African Space Program or Mexican medical programs to lead the world in science and research. Neither should we expect the offspring of those cultures to behave any differently in the US.

So, we need to lower expectations accordingly, and laws and customs regarding behavior and achievement should have a lowered standard for those incapable of meeting existing standards.

See, that not racist at all ...

Years ago in order to lower the alarming robbery statistics in Tucson they downgraded driving off without paying for your gas to a misdemeanor. That’s the kind of fools they got running the show down there.

I guess a biracial troublemaker gets his white half expelled and the other half advanced into an enrichment curriculum with more basketball and more latino studies

Federal and state governments increasingly violate our Unalienable Rights at their peril.

The people are beginning to notice creeping tyranny and unequal treatment before the law.

As the recent Tea Parties and Town Halls show, there is resistance if not a whiff of rebellion brewing among our once free people.
