At first I thought this article was a joke. I really thought that there was no way our government schools have gotten this bad. But I was wrong. Go figure.
The Tucson Unified School District has decided to implement a two-tiered system for student discipline. One tier will be for blacks and Hispanics ... and the other tier will be for everyone else.

The reason they are misbehaving has nothing to do with their DNA, and has everything to do with their culture or deficiencies within it.
Attacking misbehavior is not racist, it is Culturist.
Racism = Bad
Culturism = Not Bad and can be good if applied correctly.
You can choose your culture, one cannot choose race.
Central Tucson with the University Liberals is so far off of mainstream Arizona so as to make it a laughingstock in the real west. The school system is an abject failure. Suburban schools do well. Tucson is run by Democrats. Nothing more needs be said.
Maricopa County has the same thing for people convicted of DUI. Indians and Spanish speakers can be diverted into a special program for minorities which results in far lighter sentences than for those not minorities. Andrew Thomas sued but it was tossed for lack of standing.

This reminds me of a parent who knows that one child is “good” or “smart” and therefore requires of that child better behavior, better grades than the other child who has been deemed too wayward or too dumb to succeed. This is hateful policy towards minorities. We require higher standards of those whom we care about and respect. I hope a nonwhite parent will complain and/or sue.

reading the comments under the article, someone wrote how when Latinos are the majority, things will change....

On reading the article it also sounds as if punishment will be reviewed in this light, which I read as a sort of threat to those who have decided that any particular student needs punishment/discipline. Another thought...this will foment ill will between the children, cause them to see themselves in terms of groups and offend their sense of fairness. Kids pick up very quickly on this sort of treatment. And it sets up the minorities to have a warped view of how the real world will react to them.
Then again, they've dumbed down the populace to such an extent that many don't even realize when a liberal says "YOU ARE A HOPELESS MINORITY MORON!" straight to their face. Absolutely pathetic.
It boggles my mind that ANY parent of ANY race would be OK with this, much less celebrate it in any way. Damned fools.
This story is on the Right blogosphere. Michelle Malkin is talking about it. Expect talk show hosts the weigh in on this too.
This will only further handicap minorities.
What’s so strange about it? They were doing it in the 70’s where I went to school.
