Russian Professor: Collapse Of America Could Begin In Two Months
Paul Joseph Watson Tuesday, September 1, 2009
Russian Professor Igor Panarin says that events are continuing to confirm his doomsday prediction first made over 10 years ago, that the United States will completely collapse like the Soviet Union before the end of 2010, and warns that the chaos could begin to unfold in as little as two months.
Panarin, doctor of political sciences and professor of the Russian Diplomatic Academy Ministry of Foreign Affairs, told journalists during the unveiling of his new book yesterday that President Obama has done nothing to forestall the fast approaching crisis and that it could begin to properly unfold in November.
Obama is the president of hope, but in a year there wont be any hope, said Panarin. Hes practically another Gorbachev he likes to talk but hasnt really managed to do anything. Gorbachev at least had been a secretary of a regional communist party administration, whereas Obama was just a social worker. His mentality is totally different. Hes a nice person and talks nicely but hes not a leader and will take America to a crash. When Americans understand that it will be like a bomb explosion.
Since 1998, Panarin has been warning of a future disintegration of the United States and the collapse of the dollar. The recent election victory for Japans Democratic Party is another sign that the economic collapse of the U.S. is imminent, according to Panarin.
Today I received another confirmation that the collapse of the dollar and the US is inevitable. Japans Democratic Party won the election, and Id like to remind you that its leader [Yukio Hatoyama] has the snubbing of the dollar among his economic plans. In plainer words, he plans to transfer Japans monetary reserves from US dollars into another currency. The move will seriously accelerate the dollars exchange slump as early as this November. Disintegration will follow shortly, he said, adding that next year China would also begin to massively dump the dollar and that Russia would begin to sell oil and gas for roubles.
Panarin previously stated that the dollar would eventually be replaced with a common Amero currency as a new monetary unit, referring to the Security and Prosperity Partnership agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
He foresees the U.S. breaking up into six different parts, roughly along lines similar to those of 1865 during the Civil War, The Pacific coast, with its growing Chinese population; the South, with its Hispanics; Texas, where independence movements are on the rise; the Atlantic coast, with its distinct and separate mentality; five of the poorer central states with their large Native American populations; and the northern states, where the influence from Canada is strong, according to Panarin.
Longer term, Panarin predicts that the breakaway states will eventually be taken over by the European Union, Canada, China, Mexico, Japan and Russia and America will cease to exist altogether, as depicted in the illustration above.
Panarin blames the collapse on a political elite that implements an absurd and aggressive policy that aims to create conflicts around the planet and warns that increasing firearms sales in the U.S. are a sign that people are preparing for chaos in the aftermath of a total financial meltdown.
In my opinion, the probability of the US ceasing to exist by June, 2010 exceeds 50%. At this point, the mission of all major international powers is to prevent chaos in the US, Panarin concluded.

"We wont stand around in bread lines crying about the lack of essentials."
Exactly correct, being a little worried I had 50 yards of top soil dumped on my Ike ruined backyard. Now I have a nice (I hope) 20x60 victory garden. Seedling growing inside for planting this mid Sept. A 20x60 garden will feed a lot more then just me! I don't think a collapse is coming but just in case .....

Americans are not the same sort of downtrodden and abused people of the USSR after 50 years of communist rule. I think that's true, so there is reason to hope for our future. But on the other hand, if the Left believes that the time is ripe, and if they push for a collapse, that will set off very ugly events. The outcome may not be what the Left wants, and the USA may be preserved in the end -- but any coordinated effort to end the US will create an ugly time for us all.
And, yeah, I really Obama will make the attempt.

At least southern California is already loaded with Spanish placenames so they can keep most of them--Los Angeles, Palos Verdes, Calabasas, Santa Ana, San Marcos, Encinitas, Chula Vista, Escondido, San Bernardino, etc.
But they'll need to change "Mission Viejo" (mision is a feminine noun).

The Russian’s are late.
Our “collapse” began on January 20, 2009. It may turn around, but only with the efforts of American patriots.

Yep, exactly. The city folks and the project dwellers. The independen, go-getters with some pride and ability will leave the cities and the projects. And if they’re willing to work and share the rewards of that work, I’ll open my home to them. The rest of them will turn to crime to get what they need. At that time, we’ll see who’s who.

Oh, that’s really interesting. A few of those are surprises. I suppose the Oklahoma number is because of the Cherokee. Had no idea New Mexico and Arizona had so many. Wonder if those were mostly indigenous or moved there.

It wont be pretty.
Civil wars never are. The first civil war took four years of active fighting. Its completely destroyed the south, devastated its population and culture, and left its economy in ruins. It took the US almost 40 years (1898) for the political wounds to recover from the first one. And the southern economy didn't catch back up to the north until after WWII, and then only because of the wholesale industrialization required to fight the war.
That is what we are looking at if this comes apart, except it won't be just the southeastern part of the country, but every state in the union, except perhaps Alaska and Hawaii that could just sit it out. Winning this at the ballot box is far preferable to any sort of uprising. My point was just that if it happens the cities will have the numbers, but the countryside has the resources.
The problem hasn't come up until now because the cities had surplus wealth, created by their control of manufacturing and trade, and could buy the resources the needed. For years taxes have flowed from the high density stats to the low population density states. That was not accidental, it was a payment to keep the raw materials necessary for the big urban centers flowing freely. Pork lubricates the wheels of commerce most effectively.
But now the big urban centers, and high population density states are broke. Manufacturing has either moved out of the cities, or out of the country entirely. The taxes on the stock exchanges and traders are based on their ability to turn a profit, and recently they haven't been. New York, California, Illinois and Michigan can't afford to send anything to anyone, in fact they are all looking for bailouts. This is even more pronounced when you break it down to the county level. Also the country side is broke too, and will want to extract more money for their resources at the exact time the urban areas are less able to pay. The cities will be forced to either grant concessions to the countryside, essentially allowing the countryside to determine what services and benefits the cities can provide, or try to take those resources them by force. Note that this is exactly what is happening now, but politically. Conservatives, suburban and rural, want to dictate to the cities how much they can spend. Liberals, urban areas, want to confiscate resources and give them to their people in order to stay in power.
Iraq, USSR, Yugoslavia and the US Civil war were geographic. Two distinct and separate parts of the country, one, or more, fighting to break away. But any uprising her will be more like Afghanistan, Vietnam, Cuba, China or any of the Central American uprisings. The cities are easy to control. The central government establishes control of the cities and tries to move into the countryside. The rebels go to ground and attack the infrastructure. Eventually the economy completely collapses, destroying the central governments power base. Finally, the are starved into submission and overrun one by one.
