On the Decosta COLB (which no one alleges is a fake,) every field header matches that of the Obama COLB except for one. On hers it says : Date ACCEPTED By State Registrar. On Obamas it says Date FILED By Registrar (Notice not the state registrar, this would be the local one ). Two different things. Either that field header is forged in Obamas ( they are from the same form - OHSM 1.1 Revised (11/01) ) or it means his registration was FILED at that date BUT was not ACCEPTED. If you look at the long form copy of the birth certificate available online from 1963, Field 20 says : Date Accepted by Local Registrar. Field 22 says Date Accepted by Registrar General ( which is the State Registrar ).A change from accepted to filed are significant enough linguistic changes that a different form would have to be created. Legally, accepted and filed are two very different things. So both these phrase were used on the form depending on the circumstances.
This section of the Hawaii Revised Stautes explains why that would be used:
Sec 338-16 ( late registration defined ) d) When an applicant does not submit the minimum documentation required by the rules for late registration or “when the state registrar finds reasons to question the validity or adequacy of the certificate or the documentary evidence, the state registrar shall not register the late certificate and shall advise the applicant of the reason for this action.”
So, something entered on the long form was not verifiable and thus, it was not approved by the state. So assuming his online COLB is not fake ( or the forgers were just too incompetent to notice they put in the wrong field header ), all you have with his online COLB is a FILING, not an ACCEPTED certificate
Could this be what he is hiding?

8 under subsection (a), in accordance with subsection (a) for
9 optional purchase.”

19 and shall be repealed on June 30, 2000; provided that any
20 statutory or session law material in this Act in existence on
21 June 30, 1997, shall be reenacted on July 1, 2000, in the same
22 form in which it existed on June 30, 1997
Was the stamp printer a stand alone system or was it part of the same computer system that caused the other errors?

I don’t feel anywhere near the stress or upset that I did. Not even close. That the polarik is far less that he put himself up to be...I just shake my head. This is why I decided that I wasn’t going to pretend to be anything other than what I am. Its far easier to tell the truth. Its SO much easier to remember and keep straight. Ok, I offer my apologies to Polarik and MHGinTN. And I forgive them.
Its part of a single Machine I was told. The machine in question is in the Mail Order processing room. The Date stamp and Onaka’s stamp is done at the same time by that machine. The date can be changed, but it is not something that can be easily done on accident. So I was told.
Polarik has hit almost every conservative forum and gone absolutely nuts when anyone questioned him even slightly. Anyone who questioned him was immediately called a “lefty,” an enemy, and/or a traitor.

If your short form COLB comes back with “File” instead of “Accepted,” get on that phone asking Hawaii for an explanation because it doesn’t jive with your long form COLB.

What it says on the long form I don’t believe to be related directly to whats on the short form... My colb says “Date Filed by the Registrar” Which is the date it was filed, Aug 14, 1969, and is the same day it was accepted by the state.

This is bothering me. Is is not possible that “filed” indicates US birth IN the state and “accepted” is documentation of birth NOT in the US proper, or a baby born to a resident of the state of Hawaii outside of the state temporarily?
I did some reading... Lets just say I feel lots better for it!
Its too bad, it is something I don’t understand. I think perhaps it boils down to personal passion. People feel deeply about things and get personally attached to and personally invested in their own points of view. It takes a real effort not to do that by anyone, and all of us slip up at times.
Again its too bad, but it is also human nature, and the same passion that sometimes hits us in the back of the head, is the same one that achieves great things.

Like the COLB, it might just be a different form version. Sorry to throw that in there but it has to be considered.

I was born at Tripler AMC in Honolulu. My last digits begin with 010 just like the Nordyke twins BC’s.
So other hospitals in HI were using the same number range.
