Hawaii "Certification of Live Birth" - Date Accepted vs. Date Filed (Some clues)

Yeah, but there are pictures. Check the video where they pixilated his face and the pic of Polland. That neck is kind of unique. And even with the pixilation, you can make out the features. His hair and his eyes and the shape of his face, nose, and mouth. It’s the same person.
And other places where he has posted, he has slipped up about his experise as a “statistician” among other things. He has confirmed over many forums things he denies before and after. I have a whole ton of raw data and I informed Jim Robinson that I was going to post it at my peril after what he did to Danae. THAT was reprehensible.

The date can be changed, but it is not something that can be easily done on accident. So I was told.

Once upon a time I worked at a company that had an office that processed large volumes of incoming mail. The office had about a dozen electric time stamping machines. When you passed a document under a machine, it would trigger a microswitch, and the stamper would advance the ribbon slightly and impress a stamp on the document, giving the current date and time, to the minute.

Once every minute, a stamper machine would advance to the next minute. This was a mechanical operation and gave off a solid ker-chunk sound.

Of course, the machines were all started at different times, so the minute turn-over for each machine would be different. That meant that, every five seconds or so, one of the dozen machines around the office would sound off with a ker-chunk.

cynwoody saw an opportunity for process improvement and workplace optimization. So, one evening after hours, a friend and I visited that office and careully synchronized the date stampers to all turn over at the exact top of the minute with one massive KER-CHUNK!

We made sure the date/time was synchronized to WWV. Not that it mattered. It wasn't Vital Records or anything important.

What it says on the long form I don’t believe to be related directly to whats on the short form... My colb says “Date Filed by the Registrar” Which is the date it was filed, Aug 14, 1969, and is the same day it was accepted by the state.

On your long form, in Box 11b, it says "Date Received by Local Registrar" most likely = the "Date Filed by the Registrar" [on short form COLBs]

And in box 11c, the 'Date Accepted by the State" = "Date Accepted by the Registrar" [on short form COLBs]

According to BP2's research, you want your short form COLB to have it say "Date Accepted by the Registrar" because it would stand up better if it was challenged and it reflects that your birth was through normal channels with no anomalies.

The Certification of Live birth (short form) is a reflection of Certificate of Live Birth (long form). They must match up.

This is bothering me. Is is not possible that “filed” indicates US birth IN the state and “accepted” is documentation of birth NOT in the US proper, or a baby born to a resident of the state of Hawaii outside of the state temporarily?

For that to be true all those other COLB examples I've seen were born elsewhere, not likely. Outside of Danae's COLB, I've only seen Obama's with the same date "Filed" ; I think you helped solve that mystery.

If it turns out Obamination was born other than in Kapiolani Hospital with witnesses, the saga will take on a life of its own. If it shows he was born in Kapiolani with Dr.'s it will knock a leg out from under the Constitutionalists and help the after-birthers scream.

In either case, remember 75 years after the record Hawaii will make it available, so all Obama is doing is kicking the can down the road. (27 to go) We need to see it now. People that could verify or challenge the document are dying off rapidly. There is sufficient controversy and doubt about this President and his life and qualifications.

In addition the NBC needs to be resolved so everyone knows what it means one way or the other. While they are at it the USSC should decide the 14th amend. gives citizenship only to children (born in USA)who have at least one parent in the US a citizen or two admitted for permanent residence (LAPR)they would have sufficient ties to the country,(subject to jurisdiction) legal non-immigrants and illegals don't. I agree. Talk show hosts, almost simultaneously, stopped their questions about the birth certificate and stopped taking calls about it. Did the station management get the word that they would be targeted for bias?

I believe that a registrar “filing” a record indicates acceptance of that record. Remember that this is bureaucratese, and should be read in that cryptic language.

Here is what I think is going on: Remember before Clinton was impeached, I think Stephanopolis or some other guy on ABC said that if Clinton goes down, it would then open a whole can of worms, meaning taking down a lot of people with him. What happened in the Senate? They did NOT want to touch this with a ten foot pole!

Now I see this sinister problem with the same eyes this time around, that if PINO is “falling” from the thrown based on the Constitutional crises of unseen or unheard proportion, the mess will be so grave that the card house of Congress will be crashing down. So now you have two of the three branches being black mailed to silence exactly the way the Senate handled Clinton in letting him off the hook.

I can read the stitches on your dnc fastball. When a little team showed up to try and set up Polarik then smear him, it was clear that liars are in our midst working for their messiah’s lieutenants. When an anomoly was displayed with an exhibit challenging Polarik, I called Hawaii to check the item. I'm satisfied that the exhibit is a fake. You and two or three others are teaming up to smear Polarik and therefore FR. What was you previous name used at FR? Jim, this is no time for moderator inattention at FR. We are being used and set up. Freepers are being smeared, and a few deeply hideden ndc operatives are at work in an assault ont he personal reputaion of Polarik. The DNC know no one is pristine and they find the flaws and magnify them to destroy the person opposing them. This set-up with a fake CoLB is just such a campaign.
