Six months after Barack Obama's inauguration, a persistent and noisy legion of doubters won't let go of an already debunked claim — that he is actually a foreign-born, illegal president.
Mainstream Republicans who want the issue to go away are having a tough time stamping it out as the so-called "birthers" resurface, with assists from talk show host Rush Limbaugh and CNN's Lou Dobbs.
Passions among the birthers run so high that Rep. Mike Castle, R-Del., was booed by his own constituents at a recent town hall meeting for saying Obama "is a citizen of the United States." He was responding to a woman who waved her own birth certificate, contended Obama was born in Kenya, and shouted, "I want my country back!"

Thanks for the clear, concise sitrep. The more obama spends trying to hide his full birth certificate, the more I am certain there is something on there worth hiding, worth taking all this heat for. I believe if his real, long-form birth certificate ever comes out (from where-ever it is, Kenya?) then he is on his way to prison.
The MSM is scared sh*tless about this issue. They’re pressuring “mainstream” pubs to dismiss birthers as nutjobs. Geraldo was urging Ann Coulter to trash the birthers, and unfortunately, she did.

Nice catch! Hmm... They may be trying to cover themselves. People like Bernie Goldberg and a few others are saying the liberal newsmedia or MSM are cutting their own throats to cover for Obama. They said the backlash by the public will be against the MSM first for pumping up Hussein as the seond coming. The MSM is covering for him here.
This flood of stories trying to attack “birthers” and “debunk” the BC issue leads me to believe they are getting nervous.
I like being called “relentless.” This is what we have to be on O’s DeathCar plan and everything else. They will try to wear us down.
Every MSM article that’s been posted here usually refers to the birthers’ claims as being debunked or ‘already dismissed’. They imply that we’re arguing something that’s already been settled, because Zero already produced a birth certificate! In the MSM universe, a COLB is a birth certificate.
It’s easy to believe there’s something amiss re: BHO’s birth certificate because the man is such a mystery. Information that would have been made public for any other politician remains hidden, and I don’t think anyone can be blamed for wondering what he’s hiding. If there were school transcripts out there, medical records, and really, just about every type of record, I think the birth certificate thing would go away. But BHO and his handlers keep all that information locked up. Why is anybody’s guess, and it only leads to BHO appearing not at all trustworthy, at least to those of us paying attention.
It really is just that simple, he either can't or doesn't want it to.

Logic says it’s a trap, though an accidental one. If Obama was not natural born he would have been exposed during the primaries. Obama is hiding something else on the birth certificate, perhaps the name of the father. Or perhaps the father is listed as “unknown.”

Agree. That was most unfortunate. I really believe that Ann will come to regret that she came down on the wrong side of this issue one day. Her stance on this has already diminished her standing in my eyes.

The most interesting new piece of information in this round is that those postings in the Newspapers came from the Vital Statistics department. And, as researchers have found, the address is bogus.
Thus, THE ADDRESS GIVEN ON THE LONG FORM BIRTH CERTIFICATE ..... IS PROBABLY BOGUS AND THUS A FRAUDULENT DOCUMENT!!!!!
